Victor, who schedules appointments, was super helpful and responsive to questions. Pedro, the technician who came to our house, was very polite and did a great job of explaining things. I have been quite impressed with the entire process. I signed up for their maintenance program.

Called Century to perform preventative maintenance on our system. The technicians were super professional.
Our A/C went out and Century Air came right out to diagnose the problem and get us up and running until we could get the new unit installed. Their installation team was quick, professional, courteous and did a great job of installing our new unit. We're very happy with the work they did for us and will definitely use them again in the future for our A/C needs.

We used Century AC at my restaurants and have always been satisfied with their service. They are extremely customer focused, communication is excellent, and have always provided prompt service.

Tech or office should call when running late. I had to call the office when Tech was 27 minutes late. A courtesy call would be nice, I know things happen.

To me Century Air is the best. They have served my AC unit since they installed it. Victor, as always, goes above and beyond the real meaning of customer service. The technician, Pedro is very professional, polite and always takes the time to explain any issues and answers all your concerns very clearly. Century Air has a great team of technicians available to help. Kudos to Century Air!

I have a reno project Century is helping me with. We had to move our existing AC unit and they were very accommodating. There were some hiccups with the move, which I honestly kind of expected just because it’s a big project. When we had trouble, they sent out Rinaldo. The communication was accurate and professional, and he just seems to care about his work. There were a couple of trips to figure out the source but it was always timely…. Which is paramount in August in Florida. Rinaldo was so meticulous and took time to explain to me the source of the problem. AC is not simple people…. but Century, Rinaldo and Steve (the owner) have made this process a professional and high value experience for me.
