Hello. Gabriel and his team was very responsive since from the first inquiry. He provided and advised me solutions for the issues that I was facing with the AC unit and my budget. C&G MIDENCE LLC installed a new AC unit with heat pump a week ago at our Windermere home. Gabriel provided us with different AC options and reasonable prices. He took times to explain the pros and cons of different options. Gabriel informed us well from the permit application, AC unit order status, AC installation, to obtaining the AC inspection certificate and the service warranty. We are very happy with this new AC unit, it’s quiet and efficient. We highly recommend Gabriel and the service from C & G MIDENCE LLC.
We live in an old home built in the 50s with a decent re-haul of the A/C done some time before 2011. He keeps our A/C running in the heat of the summer. I’ve never had any major issues with him. Follows through every time. So far he hasn’t had to re-do any work and the repairs last for a very long time, years at the least.
Gabriel was very profesional and knowledgeable. He was in and out fast and got the job done right ! Highly recommend
I’ve been using C&G over a year now. Gabriel provided us options when I had issues gwith my AC unit and gave me a reasonable price. Anytime I called him, he makes time to come a check the AC unit. When he does the maintenance he does such a good job cleaning the unit.
I am thoroughly pleased with my new AC unit! The service was fantastic! The work was done a few months ago and I am enjoying coming home after a hot day out. Whew!! It's nice to have a company that does good work and you can trust!
We retained this company to install ac in our new construction homes. Their inaccurate calculations has resulted in ordering thousands of dollars of improper materials. Furthermore, We have discovered that this company does nothing more than broker their transactions. As an example, they charge you a certain price then try to find another licensed company to do it for less. We received quotes from third-party competing companies for a fraction of the price they were quoting us utilizing the same company they were going to sub the work out to. We emailed and Called them to fix our calculations with no response. Finally, they offered to fix the calculations, but every time we contacted them on the status of these calculations, they say it should be done next week followed by the same response as the prior week. These guys are crooks.
I apologize for the way the system handled. I assure you when I installed that air conditioner, it was completed using all the appropriate steps. I stand by my installations and whatever you need to repair or replace, the warranty will cover the cost of the parts and I can offer labor costs that will save you your money.
I hate to leave negative reviews but we purchased a brand new AC system through Gabriel we had issues right away. Clanking noises and rattling the system would shut off I sent him videos, would call, email and text each time he came out he could not find a problem. We have had the system 2 yrs at this point and repair after repair. We really should have disputed the charge within the timeframe but we waited to let him make things right. I do not reccomend him. Our last call to him he said he would follow up and never did or came out. Save your money and go with a reputable AC company. While I'm not sure if it was his workmanship, a faulty system or what he should have assisted with filing a warranty claim or something. To spend 6K and have a faulty system in Florida is the worst and his lack of professionalism made it even worst. Buyer BEWARE.
Very expensive. His cost goes up very quickly. Feel ripped off as a customer. Did not follow through with what he promised and didn't spend much time doing work. Made a mistake of using him and referring him to friends. Never again. There are lots of people out there who can do a/c.
Knows his stuff really well
Had Gabriel come out and did a installation on my property and he did a fantastic job and also explained to me the difference in seer rating for airconditioning systems we went ahead and did a 18seer heat pump and im beyond pleased to say my electrical power bill has dropped by over 100$a month i would recommend him to anyone looking for a honest airconditioning contractor who cares about his work and is true to his word, and wise to what he installs we cannot thank you enough for the work you did
Gabriel came recommended from a good friend who has done business with him in the past and has been very satisfied. Was shopping around to replace the A/C unit in my home. Originally Gabriel was not the least expensive but was very knowledgeable took the time to explain the work and process. He did work a bit on the price with me and am very glad I chose to go with his company. They were prompt and did very good work. I recommend his company.

I actually got a estimate from Gabriel with in a day of requesting it. He was extremely professional. Unfortunately I had to go thru my insurance.... And even though he didn't get the job he still offered his services. For any questions I might have.... Thank you for being so kind and offering help.
Gabriel knows air conditioning and heating better then most contractors. He is a very small business owner, but man dose he know his stuff. And he has time for his customer. Thanks Gabriel.
