Working with them on buying a Generac total home generator. They were highly recommended.
The whole team at Heinmiller’s made this whole (not so fun) process so incredibly smooth! I was impressed with the ease and clarity of communication throughout the entire process and scheduling to install my new air conditioning unit. Their entire team was responsive, polite, personable, and professional and I would recommend them five times over. And an extra big shoutout to the pros that installed my new AC - it’s not easy doing this stuff in the Florida heat - they were really kind and kept everything neat and clean while they did the work.
I needed the a/c system replaced at 2 of my Orlando rentals and KC came out and explained all of our options and we bought the systems we needed. It was a smooth process through and through. We will be using Heinmiller from here on.
Have used Bob Heinmiller for over 18 Years. Bought two new systems from them for my home. They took good care of my old system and made it last for a total of 22 years. Once the compressor failed it was time to replace the system. K.C. was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. Took the time to answer all my questions or my satisfactory. I went with the New Carrier Infinity System and it is absolutely amazing like K.C. said it would be. Would highly recommend Bob Heinmiller for all your HVAC needs. Amazing people and company!

I have used Bob Heinmiller for the past 10 years. They are always professional, knowledgeable and timely. They go above and beyond to make sure the job is completed as expected from the initial install to all of the sevice calls. They take the time and effort to make sure everything is working properly before leaving the residence and they leave the site clean.
It was a great experience with great employees that got the job done at my rental property in Orlando, with such a reasonable price and I will highly recommend them!

Poor customer detail and attention. Scheduled early 9 am consultation for a new HVAC unit, with expectation set by scheduler for 1-hour timeframe (I specifically pointed out that I had to go into work at 11a). Rep did not show up. When I called to check in after a 1-hr wait, Rep was still 30 min out. Result: low trust. No communication from them. And, unfortunately, company could not positively represent themselves on a simple initial appointment.
When it was time for a new air conditioning system, we called several companies for quotes, including Bob Heinmiller. Patrick came over same day. He was terrific! He took a look at our old system, listened to our needs and budget, and offered informative suggestions about the new system that would work best for us... all at the best price. Install day was a breeze. We were impressed with the attention to detail by Eli and Anthony. They're a couple of pros who obviously take pride in their work. They installed the equipment, walked us through the thermostat comfort settings, and even helped with the wifi connection. Neat and complete! Our experience with Bob Heinmiller was exceptional.
Met with Patrick and his team. They were informative, responsive, and always available to talk. Knocked out my installation in 1 day and has been working great ever since.
This is 200.00 that they charge me. To come to my house and tell me that everything is ok. I will never used this company!!!!
After having a full system and ducts replaced, I would highly recommend Bob Heinmiller HVAC. They did a good job, and KC made sure everything was done to code and was extremely helpful throughout the process. Great company!
I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years, and have purchased two units from them over the years as well as had repairs as needed. Today I had Eli and Anthony replace my air handler. They were on time, friendly, efficient, professional and explained things clearly. Also K C in the office was helpful getting things coordinated. It is nice to have a company that you can trust without hesitation nowadays. Thank you!

We started working with the folks at Bob Heinmiller Air Conditioning, Inc. 2 years ago. One of there best decisions we’ve made. Hurricane Ian was one of the worst storms to ever hit Florida. Just as the hurricane was passing the Orlando area in the late afternoon, and well before Duke Energy brought our power back, our 7 year old Generac Generator died on us. My wife and I have some health issues, and were very concerned about loosing power, our a/c and everything. David, an electrician/service tech from Heinmiller came to our rescue. He diagnosed the problem as a battery that went bad. You could tell that David was exhausted from a long day of service calls, but he was determined to get us up and running. Keep in mind that many local gas stations had closed and gasoline became hard to find. Even as the day became night, David somehow found gas, picked up a new battery and returned to us. Once the battery was installed, our system quickly came back to life. But, even with the lateness of the hour, David did not leave us until he was confident the system was operating the way it was meant to. This all happened on a late Friday afternoon to late evening. Saturday morning we received a followup phone call from Melanie, the best office manager ever! She had all our information and was in touch with the head technician, Robin (who by the way is also a great guy!). She was keeping an eye on us, making sure that we were taken care of, and all was good with the generator. Having the confidence that the Heinmiller crew had our backs, especially after experiencing after effects of that terrible hurricane, was very reassuring and comforting. We hope David, Melanie and Robin all receive some form of acknowledgement from the company for their superior customer service. Going forward, and without hesitation, we will refer Bob Heinmiller Air Conditioning to everyone.
And we bought a carrier from them and paid almost $10,000. Within a week it was broken. It took them another week to come out and fix it. Then they had to order a part sorry. They came and replace the part and it was broken again two days later.
Since moving to my home in 1986, we have called this company for repairs and upgrades. We have never had to wait more than an overnight simply because it was a Sunday late afternoon and also had shown up before 9:30AM that next morning. Thier prices have always been more than fair and In a couple of instances the service technician would even go so far as to help us get the best deal possible and at times lower the fee dramatically. This company cares about thier customers which is why my home calls on Bob Heinmiller A/C.
