Absolutely amazing service! Came promptly on the same day when our ac stopped working. It’s rare to find a good company in the Orlando area and they have proven time and time again they are the best!
I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this business! Don't look anywhere else choose this one or you will be sorry. This is the second time that I have used Berg Air Conditioning to fix my A/C. I will never use anyone else!! Their fees are the best out there and Aaron the owner was honest, professional, and took time educating me on how to help me fix the problem myself temporarily until he could send someone out. The response time in his sending a tech out was the same day within a few hours of my call. His tech Kevin did more than could be expected. He was prompt, extremely thorough, I really feel not only did I get the most cost-efficient service I got the most professional one. I cannot brag enough about how highly professional and knowledgeable tech Kevin was. He spent so much time explaining in great detail to me preventative measures and educating me on how an A/C system works to make sure I fully understand how to avoid future crisis such as flooding in my house from the air conditioning by knowing what to do and what not to do. Thank you so much Kevin and Berg Air Conditioning for the best experience I've had in 20 years of owning a house.
