Great service! Very reliable, knowledgeable technicians. I had them install the air handler and rebuild damaged duct board runs. This is the kind of company and people that as a homeowner you want taking care of you needs.
Great company they did my install in 4 hours . Which was a swap out. They did an excellent job, I pulled my own permit and had no problems passing inspection. Great customer service. They also did a great job with my parents install. FYI for a budget friendly unit ho with Goodman everything is cover bumper to bumper warranty for 10 years you can't beat that.
Sean was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable explaining everything. He took the extra time to make sure the unit was functioning 100%.

It took some extra time to get my estimate due to the tech that came out having a family emergency. Once I made my concern about this know, Juan reached out immediately and was extremely responsive in getting my estimate and making sure he stayed in communication. Their reputation seems to be very important to them which typically indicates a good company to do business with.

Called and scheduled an appointment @ 4pm to get an estimate on a new AC system. On the day of the appointment by 4:30pm, no one had shown up. I called and was informed that the technician would be stopping by between 5pm and 5:30pm. If you're going to change the time of an appointment, it would be good customer service to inform all parties of a change. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
I have to say Aurora Air Inc is the best air conditioner company i have used. They are honest, professional and efficient. The price is very fair and the staff is patient and friendly to work with. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs AC service!

We have used Aurora Air for more than five years after switching from another company who cheated us in the work performed. The dispatcher José is very pleasant to deal with and appears to be well organized in his work. We usually like to have Jean as our technician as he is such an agreeable and pleasant worker. He does an excellent job. We recommend Aurora Air as our experience has always been first class.

Wonderful service and a the company is pleasant to interact with.I had a regular semiannually services scheduled, I wish I remembered the technicians name, he was polite, professional, and very thorough. He inspected my inside and outside unit and cleaned them and I would definitely use again.
