Frank fixed my AC and its working great right now
Frank was awesome! Very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed and why. Had pics and videos to show. Very detail oriented and I will be requesting him for my maintenance.

Was blown away how professional and knowledgeable Frank was during his visit with us. We had no idea how bad our system was. There was never any pressure. He gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision. My husband and I discussed our options and are going to follow through with Franks recommendation. We just need a couple of weeks to work out our finances, we are against going into debt, we will definitely be in touch. Thank You Frank for coming out to see us so late. Mr Castro was extremely professional and amazingly knowledgeable technician. I highly recommend him to anyone having issues to be resolved with their air condition. He also taught me a life lesson on how to fish. I am definitely going to look into signing up with the AND pre maintenance program in the near future.

Frank explained everything he was very professional and understanding
We had AC issues, AND Services came to the immediate rescue. Their technician, Frank F, greeted us with a kind smile. He immediately got to work. He was patient and shared his knowledge with us. What a welcome change, compared to other companies. We are incredible pleased with Frank, y’all should check out AND Services.
The tech (Wes?) that inspected our old unit was very friendly and showed us pics of the issues as well as explained the repair vs replace options. He didn’t pressure us at all. Gio was our tech that installed our new AC unit. He was early and he communicated thru the whole install. After install, he explained how the system worked and walked me thru both inside and outside unit. He explained there was the heating element that was on back order and they’d have to come aback to install later. Otherwise, He made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions. Later for the heater element, my husband and I called several times to get update of that completion. We were told numerous times someone would call us back - but that didn’t happen. UNTIL I got thru to Jonathan! HE got my issue resolved same day. He said he’d call back - and he did! Top notch employee! Lack of communication is a pet peeve of mine, and Jonathan - he did not disappoint! Gio did come back out after Jonathan’s superb follow-thru, and installed the heater element but still has to come back for a breaker replacement. Otherwise, I definitely recommend this business for your AC needs - however - some lack communication skills after job is done. But if you get thru to Jonathan - he’ll make sure you are taken care of!!!! Gio is also too notch tech!

Frank was great and very knowledgeable. Out of the 3 companies I requested service from AND was the only one that responded. Frank worked very quickly and got my house cooled down despite the raging Florida afternoon storm. He went over all the service plans very clearly and even emailed me my future options. Will definitely be getting more services from them in the upcoming few months.
