I did a lot of research and listened to at least four local companies sales pitch regarding replacing my A/C unit. I got to the point where I wasn't too thrilled with any of the options, but it was early June and I knew I needed to make a decision. I reached out to one last company, Ambrose Air, and I am so grateful that I did. Not only was their price fair, but they didn't do any of the used car salesmen nonsense all the others did. Ambrose Air gave me a quote over the internet and when I said yes, I would like an in-home visit, they sent someone out the next day. Chris was great. He was upfront with the prices and didn't try to oversell me anything and turns out, he was one of the installers. That is a major plus because when they came out to do the job, he already knew the house and I didn’t have to worry about anything having been lost in translation. Ambrose Air is efficient, fair priced and offers excellent customer service. The office staff is also very organized and responsive. They registered my products and rebates, kept me updated on the status of the inspector, and reached out to me a few days later to check in. Overall, I couldn't be happier. A+ would absolutely recommend.
Very nice people but, unfortunately, their techs just aren't capable of necessary repairs on refrigeration. After spending over two thousand to get 2 coolers working properly with no results, I had another company come out to take a look. After 1 hour and three hundred dollars, the coolers are working perfectly. It's super frustrating to spend that much money and just get excuses as to why they were never fixed.

Called these guys up for an emergency repair of my fridge for my business. They were able to repair it even though it was a weekend and many companies won’t come. It also was not very expensive but the work saved my business a lot of money. Thank you so much guys!
Awesome service! Brad did a great job with servicing our A/C unit. He replaced our capacitor, cleaned out the drain lines, balanced the fan, and even buried the thermostat wire for us. He is very knowledgeable and even explained things to us. If you need your A/C unit repaired, don’t hesitate to call Ambrose Air and ask for Brad!

Got my commercial refrigerator fixed. From the first call to the end of job completion everything went so smooth. Great people.
I contacted Ambrose to repair a walk-in refrigerator that had stopped cooling. Unfortunately, the unit stoped working on a Saturday evening, however someone was able to come out that night within an hour to examine the system and gets part ordered ASAP. They were able to come out first thing Monday morning after receiving the parts and repair the unit and get me back up and running. As a business, it was great that they could minimize my down time and appreciate the quick turn around from the initial visit and the follow up repair after receiving parts.

The serviceman from Ambrose Air did all possible to save my old AC as long as they possibly could which I really appreciated. When it cam time, they did a terrific job in installing a new AC at my residence. Thanks.
Ambrose Air, Inc. has always been responsive and professional in our dealing with them for service and repair. We recently had to have a new AC system installed and we called Ambrose. The were quick to respond and to get our new system installed. Their work is meticulous. We have referred several friends to Ambrose for repair and new installs. They are the best!
We called this company on Thursday to repair our upstairs unit. A tech came and worked for 4 hours on both units; I was confused as to why bc only the top wasn't working, but he said it needed to be done. They charged us $380 to clean out the lines, replace a filter, and clean the coils. The next day, our bottom ac unit stopped working. We called them very upset and they sent the tech back out the next day. He, of course, claims no guilt. Says that he didn't check the freon the first day (what ac company doesn't check freon first when they come to diagnose a broken ac) and that now the unit is missing 2 pounds of freon and has a coil leak...the coils HE cleaned on the bottom unit that was running FINE. The owner of the company refused to help at all. They charged us another $280 to replace the freon and put a "stop leak" spray to try to replace the broken coils. It's now only ONE DAY LATER and our ac has broke again. This company is THE WORST ac company I've EVER dealt with. They are immoral and unethical and they do not care about their customers. We have 3 young children and do not have the money to go out AGAIN and have another company start from zero. I will be telling my husband's company who works for Disney and referred them to us, what they have done to us. I will be reporting them to the BBB, and of course, any chance I get, I will tell everyone and anyone what they did to us. Word of mouth spreads like wildfire.

A pleasant person, not a machine, answered my call and scheduled my appointment – same day, although that may not always be possible. The technician arrived even before the scheduled “no later than” time. His name is Brad, and he is a technical rock star, having worked for Ambrose Air more than 20 years. He exhibited encyclopedic technical knowledge of the system and completed the service in less than an hour. The results and the quality of the service exceeded my expectations, and the price was shockingly modest. For all these reasons, Ambrose Air is now my exclusive AC service provider, and I will recommend them enthusiastically to friends, neighbors, and family in the Orlando area.
