He was very professional. He explained everything to us. What was wrong with it and what we could do to get it fixed. He also said that in the future, I should consider a new unit because that one was very old.

Air Pros tried to charge me $368 per pound for 410A for 3-4 pounds of coolant. Suggest getting a quote from another company before trusting in their business. Shameful to try and charge that much.

Mind blowing experience.......I was quoted $10,000 😳 for a motor that was inside the unit ......also for some air duct repairs. I signed the contract and was ready to set sail. Well after getting advice from a friend. I decided to get another hvac professional to come look at it. This guy not only fixed my A.C. in 5 - 10min but he only charged for labor ........informing me that the entire ac unit was under warranty for 10 years and the parts in which Air Pros where trying to charge me 4000 dollars for ........were actually free from the manufacturer. Guys please get a second opinion........and let's not waste unnecessary money on a scam of a company. I'll definitely be reporting this to the BBB I promise. Oh by the way......the guy charged me 200 dollars and the air duct was said to be fine.

The technician was good however, I was told when I made the appointment there would be no charge and that the hot air coming out through the vents was not normal. The technician said this is normal so what is it? The technician wanted $130 something dollars from me when I was originally pulled twice from the office but I would not be charged.
They always try to make time when we have an emergency and come all the way out to Fort mccoy and do a great job!
