Have nothing but good to say about this operation ... well organized ,well oiled machine style operations, I've worked for 2 of their DIRECT competitors on accounts they now have ..found the manner in which the same accounts I worked with previous co. Is ENTIRELY different and way more conducive to the needs of the customer as well as the labor intensity and safety of the techs.
I am very proud to be an employee of Advanced Mechanical Services, before I worked for Mr.Jerry I was with another HVAC company doing installs and light service. I can't say anything negative simply because I haven't found a reason too. I can say it's nice to work for a company who is willing to work with you as long as you do your part Advanced Mechanical Services will return it right back to there employees. Speaking from hands on experience meeting the girls in Florida and learning there personality most of these reviews are that have been made on the OFFICE is FALSE the girls in Florida are very business oriented and they are very respectful I have interacted with other STATE DIVISIONS of ADVANCED MECHANICAL SERVICES. And once again I was treated with respect this company is for people who are interested in a FUTURE NOT A FLY BY NIGHT COMPANY BY NO MEANS!!

Do not use this company they have very poor quality techs. Kat McCreary a female who doesn't know squat about commercial HVAC is the operations manager. Jerry sharr doesn't care about his employees, you are just another number.

My husband worked for this company and constantly got ripped off by them. Once they even messed up company payroll and didn't tell anyone. This caused MANY issues for us and when my husband complained,he was "laid off" for " lack of work". Jerry Sharr and his family are nothing more than crooks. If you work for this "company" I suggest you run far far away and fast

Very poorly ran company
Nothing, spoke to several women in the office all of which where rude only one nice one Elaine and they let her go. How stupid.
I have known the Owner and his Family for years, and have alot of respect for all of them they have always treated me with respect and they take thier Bussiness very seriously. Also clients needs are of the upmost importance.
Terrible Customer Service. My company has an annual contract with this company. We had an issue about an invoice and the response was extremely rude. Incredible how a company with such a long history can still can't train its managers to solve problems smoothly.
