Got my entire AC system installed (19.5 seer) about a week ago and everything is working fine. The crew was professional, showed up on time, did the work and cleaned up and answered all the questions I had. Thanks Ted and the rest of the guys!

Our HVAC system was checked out and subsequently replaced by Steve, Corey and Ted. All three of these guys were very professional, did an excellent quality job and answered my numerous questions. Mike coordinated everything very well and it all turned around very quickly, something you won't find with the larger AC companies. I highly recommend them.
The team was very professional and did the installation of our new AC on time and for a good value. When the local inspector had problems understanding the building code for aheat pump they resolved it so that I didn't need to be involved. We will continue to use them as our maintenance provider.
Our AC had issues last night and the following day we called another AC place that couldn't come out for a week at the soonest. Steve from Advanced took our call and was out here in roughly an hour. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and was able to diagnose three problems related to our AC in minutes. He fixed it quickly and super thankful. Would definitely call again and Steve knows his stuff!
Wao, I had been without ac for a few days waiting for parts. As soon as I contacted them they were able To be on site, diagnose and fix in a matter Of a couple of hours. They even reduced the price they have quoted a higher price and I had accepted. Excellent service and value

Our 20 year old AC died on a Friday, so we spent all wknd getting quotes. We found Advanced Air on Home Advisor and right from the start they were the most helpful before they even showed up to quote. Our sales rep, Ted, who also happened to be our lead installer, showed up on a Sunday to do a full assessment of our needs. He didn’t try to oversell us on more than what we needed for our home and you could tell he was all about the customer. Not only did he find us an option that fit our budget and needs, but they were able to come out the next day and complete the full install. We will now be using Advanced Air for all of our maintenance going forward. Highly recommend this company and Ted!
AC went out on Saturday night. Dead. No hope of repair after 14 years. One company couldn’t get me a quote till Wednesday, so I called these guys after a suggestion from a friend. They had someone at my house Monday morning, gave a fair quote (that I checked on with a couple others). They started installing on Tuesday morning and had it done the next afternoon. Price was fair and there was an “18 month same as cash” option which gave me a little extra time to handle such a large unexpected expense. Ted and Billie were great!
Ted from Advanced Air Conditioning did a thorough review of our system. He explained everything in detail and took time to make sure we had what we need. We'll definitely be doing business with Advanced Air. When you call them, definitely ask for Ted. 5 stars.

we bought a 20 year old house with a 20 year old AC, after kicking around replacing it and doing months of research we finally pulled the trigger after the second failure. Working with Dean was GREAT, unlike a every other company we got quotes from Dean was the only one who asked how we used our Heat pump which was very important in understanding what size unit would be the best fit for both our house and our comfort as our old unit was under powered for our house. Advanced AC beat the competition on price hands down, their crew arrived on time (sorry guys, can't remember your names), they got the AC installed and working in a short time IMHO considering all the road blocks they hit in the attack that was beyond their control. we love our new Trane Heat pump which was installed on the 5th of the month with meter read on 20th, and even though the system was only online for 15 days of a 30 day bill we saw a savings of $150 on that month, can't wait to see what we save running it for a full cycle! Brad from Advanced Air Conditioning did an excellent job of getting my AC unit up and running last night. He replaced the broken part I requested and then gave my unit a thorough inspection and cleaning which I didn't even ask for. Brad is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable I could tell right away that my families comfort was more important to him than money. The cost for my service was about a 1,000% less than their competitors so I'll definitely be using Advanced Air Conditioning in the future. When you find a company that cares more about your comfort than price you know you found a winner... Thanks again for the great service! my AC unit is running stronger than ever…
