Sergio Ordonez at AC Help was incredible. We had shopped around and he was the most responsive and professional out of all of the AC Contractors that we contacted. As a Florida Licensed Home Inspector, we were very impressed with the installation and professionalism that Sergio provided. Our old 4 ton Frigidaire unit was slowly leaking refrigerant, so we decided to just replace the whole system. Sergio was able to provide a 4 ton Rheem unit when other contractors couldn't seem to get a hold of any 4 ton units. We specifically requested an air handler with an All Aluminum Evaporator Coil. Every copper system that we've inspected has corroded very quickly - so an all aluminum system is GREAT to avoid galvanic corrosion and eventual leakage. This was in August, so there was a shortage of units at the time. He went out of his way to travel to 2 neighboring cities to obtain the air handler and condenser! Thank you so much Sergio! The installation was professional as well: - He re-leveled the outside concrete condenser pad (important for longevity of any condenser.) - He made sure there were no leaks in the refrigerant lines by checking the pressure (important so that the system does not have to be refilled with refrigerant later.) - He replaced the drywall that was beneath the old air handler with pressure treated plywood so that if moisture leaks at the base, the drywall won't get moldy. Then the wood was painted white to match the other finishings. - He sealed up all the holes to make sure that the system runs efficiently. - The drain lines and copper lines were installed with adequate clearance so that the screws are easily accessible when the unit needs to be cleaned and maintained. Also, the air filter is very easily accessible because of the great installation. - He adjusted our thermostat and installed a secondary condensate sensor. - The system was tested and he followed up days later to check on how it was running. Living in Orlando without air can be an ordeal. On Mother's Day, my air went out, and I called Accurate Air. The voice on the line with Sergio who assured me that he would come out to check the system. True to his word, he was on time, told me about my options, and provided me a fair price. I do not write reviews, but I am telling my friends and family, and now you that AC Help Pro is the right company to call if you want your AC fixed or repaired. Sergio's kindness, promptness and professionalism turned my air ordeal into a cooling opportunity.

AC was not cooling, called Accurate Comfort inc, they had a tech onsite within 90 minutes. Checked several things and he found a faulty float switch, also added needed freon to the system. While testing the system he took the time to clean the cabinet and re-dress seals and insulation on the coolant lines. I thought the prices was extremely reasonable, I like dealing with local services because they appreciate our business.
Sergio helped us get our AC back up and running very fast. He arrived within 90 minutes after I called him. Prices were very fair (cheaper than the quotes I was getting) for the part he needed to replace. He was very nice, professional, and did a great job on the repair.

Awesome service, and affordable. I live in a small run down apartment. My AC broke down the other day, and after I called they quickly responded and sent someone over to fix it.
I called asking if they could take a look at my leaking AC unit and was rather curtly told they didn't offer "that particular service." Seems like a pretty basic service to offer if you ask me.
Amazing service! Have used them for many, many years... just installed a brand new air conditioning system in our rental property and fixed a problem at our main residence. Love the online scheduling!! Works perfectly!!
