Mason was very knowledgeable of his job. He was courteous and respected my home. He couldn't find a leak so I was not charged for that service. I would recommend this company
Awesome service. We will eventually need to replace system but hopefully have a solution to get through the summer. Aaron is an amazing professional. Knowledgable, personable, great educator. Keep him around and for sure keep moving him through the ranks. I was so happy to write a great review about awesome service. It's rough out here in these post covid service streets. :).
Came on time great service
When I called The dispatcher was very friendly and helpful. She was able to have a tech come out the next day which is great because Florida gets super hot fast for summer. They called when the tech was about 40 mins heads up which was nice. When the technician arrived (Aaron) he was friendly, knowledgable and gave me some maintenance advice that I plan To implement so that my unit can perform at its max. Aaron was fast and able to pin point and repair the issue in record time and got my ac unit back to cooling as it should. I definitely recommend the company and Aaron if you can request a technician.
Had a Ac unit and outside unit done by angel. I had a great experience with A-1 Heat & Air Conditioning thanks to Aaron, their technician. He was on time and able to quickly diagnose the problem with my AC. I was extremely impressed by his efficiency and the care he took in his work. I highly recommend him and A-1 Heat & Air Conditioning for their excellent service.

Jan 19th 9-10Am appointment, I had to wait until 10:23am and got a call was told the technician was 40 mins away. I had to leave and entire morning was wasted by this appointment, front desk called with no apology. 👎🏼

My heating system wasn't working last week, and it was beginning to get very cold in the house! I called A-1 Heat & Air that very late night, to leave an emergency message, where my house was beginning to get smokey through the vents smelling like electrical burning! Scared as we were, we called the fire dept out here to see what was going on. After extensive searching around, they opened the air handler compartment where they found a burned up harness to my air blower! The very early next morning A-1 Heat & Air called me back, Mason was his name! He immediately dispatched a tech to my house! Mason is a GREAT!!! guy! He was very responsive to the situation I had. He sent out Aaron to rewire the heat/air motor! Aaron is one of their very finest techs they have along with Mason! Aaron did the job with expertise! He carefully rewired everything, explaining every step as he went along! I received 1,000% customer satisfaction! They are VERY!!! honest people with honest pricing! No game playing with them! I WOULDN'T EVEN THINK OF GOING TO ANY OTHER AIR/HEATING COMPANY BUT A-1 HEAT & AIR! WHY WOULD I WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF ELSEWHERE! I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENTD A-1 HEAT & AIR! A-1 is top notch! Used them twice in my life and had Aaron as my Tech… professional, courteous, timely and really great at his craft. Old school service, where you can tell, he wants to do what’s best for the customer. Definitely recommend A-1!!
WOW! Our AC went out today in our office building. I called A-1 Heat& Air Conditioning and they sent out Aaron within 2 hours of the call. He found the issue within 5 minutes, addressed what needed to be fixed, sent out another staff with the parts needed and they got our AC up and running within the hour! So impressed by this company and Aarons professionalism. They will be maintaining our AC moving forward!!!
Aaron came for a routine maintenance check on Monday 10/17/2022. Upon inspection he discovered several issues that needed to be repaired. Because my unit was 14 years old we discussed replacing the unit instead of repairing the old one. Aaron was very well spoken, courteous, and friendly. He was very knowledgeable of the unit that he was recommending and so therefore I decided to purchase the Daikin unit mainly because of its size, efficiency, and especially the warranty. The installation crew showed up the very next day and stayed until the job was done. The entire crew was very professional and courteous. The fact that I had an attic air handler made the job especially hard but I never heard any complaints. Aaron was there for every task that was his and stayed until the end to school me on the thermostat and to make sure everything was working correctly. He also made sure the entire work area was clean before he left. I would highly recommend this company because of their employees that showed up at my house to do my installation. Job well done! Angelo D. came out close to 9 pm and serviced my AC. My drain line was clogged and he taught me what to do to prevent that from happening again. He was very courteous and attentive. I definitely recommend this company for AC repair.

Aaron came on Wednesday the day hurricane Ian was coming. Our AC was broken and we did not want to be without AC BEFORE the hurricane came. But obviously understood if no one could come, but Aaron from A1 came. He was so nice and helpful, fixed the contractor on the outside unit and fixed a transformer on the inside as well. He was timely, professional and got the job done. Very thankful and appreciative!
Alberto was on time, very professional and warm. He explained the process in detail and made sure the repair was good and the system worked as it should before leaving.
