Used this company for the past year and a half to service my heating and air conditioning units. They are reliable, professional, and always on time. They have never left me hanging when I need them most. I have recommended them to other family members and would not hesitate to do so again in the future.

Joe is the best maintenance tech ever. He not only did all of my regular maintenance - he gave me an education on my humidifier operation as well as my dampers. The team at Forward Heating & Air Conditioning Repair Service is wonderful. I called them for my business because our ac was not cooling the front of our store. They sent in an expert for a free consultation. Duane explained what the problem was and scheduled a team to fix the problem. They were punctual, professional and followed up with me to make sure the issue was resolved!
Everyone seemed honest and I never felt any high-pressure sales pitches. I feel that they had wanted what would be best for us and talked us back from a more expensive unit because it wouldn’t pay for itself in the life of the units. I think Lois did a good job on the bids.
This is the second time I've used this company. Their service representative was not only knowledgeable in troubleshooting the problem with our furnace, but he was also friendly and respectful. Forward Heating & Air Conditioning Repair Service came out the same day I called, on a holiday weekend. The tech reviewed the system, explained the issue, and gave me multiple options for addressing it. He answered my many questions patiently. I absolutely recommend them for reasonable and knowledgeable service.
Greg is great! He was very knowledgeable when it came to how to cool our cultivation facility. He helped me find solutions other contractors did not. I dealt with a few HVAC contractors and I won’t call anyone else at this point. His prices are fair, his work is great, and he was super helpful dealing with the city, plus he’s super nice, punctual, and professional. 100% recommend Forward Heating & Air Conditioning Repair Service for all your HVAC commercial or residential
