Recently hired Wayne Group & Services, Inc. to help out with an AC issue (AC was way too loud and dusty). The old owner of the unit never cleaned / cared for it so Wayne Group was quick to diagnose the issue, clean it, adjust fan speed, and reduce the noise for a fair price. Recommended!

I was really impressed with the service I received from Wayne’s company. I also waited to do this review to see if the job was done correctly. I did not need to call back for any additional service because everything was done correctly…..
Worst service ever, they charge for job not done, access my residence without my permission and removed motor ftom my unit. They then installed a cheap after market product and charged me $650 for same , all without permission to enter my home or to do this job. Worker was rude , unprofessional and argumentative. They also cleaned 3 ac vents and billed me $285 for same. These are bad actors , stay clear of this crooked company.
Wayne sold me a great AC at a great price some years ago. He knows what he is talking about in the A/C arena, he sold me a brand that had a better warranty than the big name brand. He let me in on a secret, the big name brand manufactured the ac I bought. Literally made in the same factory, even use the same parts. I have had no issues with Wayne Group or the AC he has installed.
The people that work for this company are thieves as they visited the store broke into the cooler and stoles alcohol from the coolers. They drink during work very unprofessional and rude. If the people that work for the company are that way i can't imagine the kind of work they do.
If they treat their customers like they drive on the road, do not do business with them. Turned left from the middle lane heading onto 84 today around 7:40 am and nearly caused an accident. Amazing they would drive like that in their company vehicle.

I bought a new unit Wayne provided me 18 months warranty on labor and 5 years warranty on parts. Unit went bad in 13 months. Even unit was covered under warranty wayne charged me $700 for fixing the unit I paid this money and unit went bad in 2 days. Wayne stop taking call from me. Finally he came and ordered parts. We sufferred for 10days without air condition. FInally Carrier Unit came but Wayne wants our credit card for parts. He is totally fraud. Now I need to find some body else and pay for everything. Run away from this guy. He is complete fraud. He ripped me off.
I recently left a very negative post about wayne yes i was very upset because he let me go for no good reason because i didnt have as much accomplished as he thought was sufficient and that blame goes on both of us he had materials needed to finish the job. He asked me why isnt the drain lines done. Because i didnt have material to do them and when you are working by yourself things take twice as long to complete and i had a bad hand at the time and wasnt as productive as i usually am...i just want to say Wayne is a nice guy and very hard working i think he jumped the gun on letting me go and hes quick to point out the negitive on people, he just needs realize some jobs take longer than others and when you work alone it takes even longer...Give Wayne a call he will do you right I wss very upset when writing that post...Cheers
