Efficient and tidy. No complaints. That was my review when my $4400 system was installed Now, 16 months later, I am having problems. After a first visit which cost 200 dollars. In which they fixed something broken, apparently when they installed the system, the thermostat isn't working properly. I can't get anyone to call me back. I mailed a letter a week ago and still no response.
Great company to work with. Have had a few service calls over the past few months and Constantine is the best. Very attentive to detail. Recently needed a whole new HVAC system and the process went very smoothly and quickly from ordering to permitting to installation. All the technicians were professional and on time. Thanks to Michele and Pedro for all of their work on this project.
Was trying to speak to a representative of this company for a job opportunity he or she got mad because I was explaining what position I was looking for and told me to “find a job somewhere else & hung up on me” lol
Constantine arrived within 1 hour of my call for service !!! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working. He had our AC's issue diagnosed in approximately 10-20 minutes. It was a bad fan motor, He called the manufacturer, and the several hundred dollar part was still under warranty !!! (brand new part for FREE) Constantine replaced the part and after running the system for a few minutes was still not happy with the temperature split of the air. So he went outside applied 4lbs of freon to the system......Thanks to his forward thinking, and desire to make sure all the bases were covered we are now living like Eskimos in South Florida. We have been with Tech Air for 4 years now, would not trust/call anyone else!!! They work smarter, and with a boatload of integrity.........A++++

2 other companies told me that I needed to replace my BARD all-in-1 system with a new one. Constantine from TECH Air came out and showed me that the coils were just extremely dirty. He cleaned them and the AC is working fine. They saved me $4500. It’s nice to do business with an honest company.

We’ve worked with Tech Air both professionally with our business locations as well as personally at our own residence over the last several years. Each time they provide excellent customer service on the phone, fast turnaround time for service calls and repairs, and very reasonably priced. When you have AC issues it’s always kind of stressful and they do a great job in alleviating some of that stress!

Tech Air showed up to save the day !! This team is top notch.all the way through. Uncommonly polite and attentive customer service on the phone followed by actually showing up when promised ! The technician was extremely skilled and the prices were reasonable. Exactly what I needed to get me out of a HOT situation LOL. Thank you Tech Air !

Constantine was very nice and explained everything good. I kept asking him questions and he answers them. He did a great job!! Not like other AC companies would come and do nothing and tell me we needed to change our AC system. He's a hard worker. Thank you!!
Constantine was very friendly and nice and did a great job. Another company told me I needed $650 worth of work and Constantine said I didn’t need any of it. Glad I got a second opinion from Tech Air.

Constantine has been to my home and my parents home for problems with our air conditioning. He is curious, knowledgeable and informs us step by step what he is doing and what has to be done. He is welcomed to our homes anytime and is a pleasure to know.
I had been without air for over a week which was complete torture being in south Florida. Constantine came in and fixed the issue in an amazing amount of time and was very informative regarding the issues. Absolutely recommend this company for any air conditioning issues!
