We have been using fas for years on our past home and recently our rental properties for maintenance. They always show up, work is great and customer service is even better. Recently just bought a big house and immediately found out all three units needed replacing. I text Jessica at night panicking next day first thing she arrived. Noticed we needed 3 new units. Ordered them immediately and was out following day to install. All in all great experiences always. Quality work and awesome staff! Thanks guys!

Florida Air replaced a 10 year old, rooftop condenser within 24 hours of my call. The on-site guys were courteous. Jessica handled my call, billing and warranty and most important, scheduling. The Crew at Florida Air are like family to me. They have been working on my A/C and refrigeration needs for 20 years. They replace both my A/C at work and home. When I have any issues with my refrigeration they always come out the same day and fix it. I have a flower shop and refrigeration is important. I appreciate them and would highly recommend them.

I called the Office and they had a tech to my business in a few hours. They were very honest with me and was only $200 to resolve. 2 weeks later I had another problems and they temporarily kept the commercial rooftop unit running. Florida Air Service gave me a price to replace the unit. I called two other places and Florida Air Service had the best price. EXTREMELY SATISFIED !
Florida Air is probably one of the best company I used in my 27 years of experience. I am a NY building engineer. I deal with power plants, HVAC, plumbing, etc. Needed service for a defective air conditioner for my son, and I got them recommended by the condo board president. Call them mid day and they did a miracle to come the same day. We are talking about 92F in Florida. Technician was amazing, did every step of troubleshooting any of my steam fitters would have done it. Found the problem and fixed. Gave me a detailed report. He was super polite, had extensive knowledge of modern hvac, left the work area impeccable clean. He is an expert in HVAC. Recommended changing the system ( which I had already decided to do) and will definitely do it with them. Try them, and you will be super satisfied.
I have been using Florida Air for over 17 years, when I became president of my condominium our property manager was using Florida Air because they provided the best service to us along with being one of the few companies that had all the licenses and insurance that is required. Jessica is great she responds immediately and has a team out to the property asap. The service people are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They show up as promised and get any job done quickly and most importantly correctly
My husband has been using Florida Air for over 16 years, he started using them when he was the President of a large Condo Association in Tamarac. Florida Air is one of the few companies that meet all the licenses and insurance that the Condo Association requires. All of the technicians are very knowledgeable and complete the jobs quickly and cleanly, they are very professional and always show up as promised.

Florida Air service came in and rescued us from the unbearable heat. They came as fast as they could to get us back and running. The gentleman that came was very thorough and took his time to figure out the problem. If and when I need AC services I will definitely use them again.
