I am thrilled to share my experience with Abraham AC and their exceptional team. From the moment I reached out to them, I was impressed by their professionalism and willingness to assist. They wasted no time in sending a technician to assess the situation. That’s when I had the pleasure of meeting Angel. From start to finish, Angel was an absolute gem. His communication skills were top notch, and he made sure to keep me informed every step of the way. What stood out the most to me was Angel’s, upbeat, personality. He had a positive attitude that made the whole experience even better. Thanks to Angel & the entire crew at Abraham AC my problem was swiftly remedied.
My high rating is for the technician Steven. It was a difficult issue and he was the second technician. He invested a long time trying to examine and test my system. He was very persistent although the heat inside-out was extreme. Steven was very polite since the beginning, also a great communicator, and a real professional all the time. He really clarified the process should things go wrong in the future. Very honest, knowledgeable, hard worker. A great Company must have more employees like Steven.

Ariff did an excellent job troubleshooting the electrical problem with our unit and getting us up and running again.
Good respone however was pricey for the service. The part was under warranty but was charged $100 to diagnose problem. $375 + $100 for 1 hour 20 minutes on the job. Positive note : Abraham A/C was the best price to install new unit in 2020.
Oven part - only downside was the non refundable fee to assess problem. It was not usable towards service
It took two visits, but the second technician, Steve, found the problem that had been perplexing. The A/C would turn off but the fan kept blowing so it never hit its desired temperature and my bill was going up while the room was not getting cold. Steve figured it out. Thanks Steve.
The enyire process was wonderful! From the sales, which is my least favorite part for any major purchase, to the installation and follow up. Highly recommended!
Had two units installed first week of April. Still no permit, call every week and no one calls back. Called the city and said they haven't even received a permit application. Unlabeled circuit breakers as well. Unacceptable at any price point, but the units at least work.
A/C went out on Father’s Day. Called and they were there within an hour and half. Fixed and cool again.
Customers service is good, but the technician wanted to charge 300 and something to flush a pipe. I am guessing that’s why they charge a service fee.
After signing up for their maintenance program it took them two days to show up the technician called me a liar and almost $500 later I still had no air. Come to find out it did not need the parts he replaced it was just a capacitor on the roof and he crossed my low voltage wiring in the air handler. Would not recommend at all.
Wanted to charge me $500 to blow a clogged line ! Ridiculous! Went to different company charged way less!
We have had Abrahams for 9 years! They have always been professional, friendly, on time, and knowledgeable! I recently had to have a new compressor and they came the next day to complete the job before I was to go out of town! The technician was here till very late at night to finish the install!! VERY pleased with the company all around!! Donna T.
Been a regular customer since I purchased my condo. They installed a new efficient unit, and maintain it regularly. Steven was out today and did a great job. Highly recommend.
Angel was amazing. He was not only 20 minutes early to the appointment, but when we showed him a pamphlet for a discount, (even when it was determined that it must have been old - that was on us, as we haven't organized our papers in months), he *still honored it. (FYI, please ensure your coupons are current.) He finished in only an hour, was super friendly, explained everything in great detail, and was very thorough in discussing costs. Highly...highly recommend.
Adil was phenomenal. I would highly recommend their service to anybody needing a/c maintenance and repair. Great quality job! Steve came out with an issue I was having and quickly fixed. Great service!
