The consultation and installation were both quick and professional. I have a small child and they were able to move up the installation date since the old furnace was no longer working. I was impressed with the service and would use them again in the future.

During a cold spell, our furnace broke down. I contacted Mark, and he promptly responded. He quickly, efficiently, and affordably repaired our unit. He also assisted us with a pump that allowed us to quickly get hot water to our back bathrooms. Mark impressed me with his friendliness, professionalism, skill, and dependability. I would highly recommend him for any HVAC work.

Roadrunner Industrial Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new heating and cooling system for me two years ago. I had called around and they were the least expensive by far. When I called them to have the new system maintenance, they had someone out promptly. They have been nothing but helpful and kind to me.
We have used Roadrunner Industrial Heating & Air Conditioning on multiple occasions with great results. When we were trying to extend the life of our old system they helped us keep it going. When the time came for a new system, they helped us understand our options and replaced our system. And when we wanted to make some changes to our duct work they worked around our child's nap schedule. They have always been very polite and professional.

Very unprofessional, arrived late, couldn’t figure out how to use gps as he was clearly unaware of where he was going. Didn’t run any tests, just twisted couple of cables, said: “motor and thermostat are broken”, gave me immediately $700 bill for repairs and when I asked him how much each part costs he couldn’t answer. Which begs the question where that $700 came from ? Great experience😤
He has the wrong address listed. I’ve asked him to correct it and he just laughed. Very unprofessional and fishy. Wouldn’t use.
