I called this company and set up an appt for 1-26-23 @ 4:00pm due to my work schd. On 1-26-23 @11:00 the gentleman called me to ask could he come at 1:00pm and I explained I was not able to change my appt due to my work sch. He stated he would make it work, I text him as I was leaving work to please let me know when he would be on the way as jobs do run behind received no response. I text him and called after my appointment time passed and no communication from him. I received no response from my text and no return phone call. i am beyond disappointed at how unprofessional this company is and poor Customer Service they display.

You guys are so unprofessional. People do not use this company please. Not only they are unprofessional they do no clean your vent. The job they claim they do does not work. They have no real way of telling how your dust clean. YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY. If there was a way to give you guy a 0 star I would.

The worst experience I've ever had with any company, I paid $200 in 2017 for ac duct cleaning service, and based on the contract, it covers 3 years service includes 2 visits a year. I called two months ago, made an appointment, no show, no phone calls. After many text messages & phone calls, they finally made another appointment. Again, no show, no calls. I've wasted two days waiting for the service to come. After many text messages & phone calls, Sibney (not sure if it is the owner) called and told me they will send me back $200 and void the contract & sounded like he was getting frustrated with me, even though they were the ones who do not show up or respond. One month later, still have not received any check from them. I honestly don't know how can anyone run a business this way, not trustworthy, no credibility, if Google can have negative stars, I would give them - 5. I'm also attaching the text exchange for evidence. Do not bother to call this service, waste of your money and waste of your time.

When you need an AC guy, it's always urgent. The problem is that the technician knows that too and the cost seems to be directly proportional to the urgency. But not with Sidney. He's prompt and has always responded the same day. He gets the job done and his prices are very reasonable. I've used him at least half a dozen times for rental properties and never been disappointed.
I had huge problem with my plumbing at my house. HVAC came over and figured everything with the best and professional services I ever seen... Thanks HVAC YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST
