I was very pleased with the service and not trying to upsell . I was told by another local company that I needed a whole new unit.. 4-5k.. !!! It was ridiculously expensive... Rhoades came out , and on the same day he replaced the motor... Unit fixed.. A few hundred dollars !! I wasn't taken advantage of. With quick, courteous and fair service, I highly recommend Rhoades A/C. 👍👍

When my home AC stopped working, I started getting estimates. Truthfully, I liked everyone who gave me a quote, but Bryan from Rhoades Air and Heat seemed the most thorough. Because it is very hot in Florida in the summertime, Bryan brought a portable unit to my house to help cool it while I waited for the new unit to arrive and for my scheduled installation date. It was so hot that Bryan had someone bring another portable the next day so that I could sleep at night. This is professionalism above and beyond, and I will recommend Rhoades Air & Heat whenever possible.

Not the first time I've left a review for Rhodes A/C (and likely not the last!!!). GREAT COMPANY! They were the first people I contacted 3 years ago when I bought my house and had A/C problems with the old unit. They were ALWAYS quick, professional, friendly, HONEST, and VERY reasonably priced. That was why a year ago, I had Rhodes install a new A/C for me. Have had an issue or two with the old condensation line but Dustin went out of his way to straighten it out. Recently had a small issue that Dave came out within in hour of my call, and once again, exceptional service! Wouldn't even charge me for it (and the issue had NOTHING to do with their previous work). Can't say enough about this company, and I would HIGHLY recommend them. Would give 10+ stars if I could.
I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with Dave Rhoades (the owner of Rhoades AC) was absolutely incredible. I initially called him to get a quote on purchasing two new AC units for my home. Yesterday after my main unit went out, another company came out to look at the AC and they told me that the circuit board was fried and that based on the units age, it would make no sense to repair it. That company was very pushy to purchase from them. I felt pressured and not well informed, even a bit belittled by that bad company. So I was planning on doing my due diligence, I figured I would get a few quotes and then decide on the best system and provider (since that is a very big investment). When Dave called me (and this was a Saturday morning too!), he was pretty confident that at minimum he could turn the unit on for me to be comfortable until the replacement would come in. The other AC company said they could not turn the system on anymore and it just needs to be replaced ASAP. Well Dave came to my home and the AC was working within 15 minutes. All that was needed was a new capacitor. I spoke to him about my bad experience with the other company and that I felt belittled by the other owner. Being in a small town, The other AC company was known to not always work in the best interest of its customers. Dave did not even charge me for the capacitor or for coming out on his day off. I have never received such great service by any AC company. I will use Rhoades AC for all my AC needs moving forward and when the day comes that my old systems must be replaced, I will go with Rhoades- no further research needed. Thank you so much for everything Dave. If you need AC service, contact Rhoades - they are absolutely awesome. Highly recommend!

Superb service received by David. He was on time and solve my problem in an hour. Price was fair. They were referred to me by my neighbor and I was very happy. If I need anything in the future they will be the ones I will be contacting. I got quotes from other vendors and they were charging me triple what they charged me. This company is reasonable and they are honest not like others out there that try to take advantage of you.

Been using Rhoades for a few years now. They've serviced and replaced several units in different homes of mine. Getting ready to do two more installs. I wouldn't be doing that if they weren't the best out there. I'm giving them the highest acknowledgment possible because they deserve it. If your not using them now, perhaps you should consider. Great job as always Rhoades!

If there were more stars I'd put them. These are the people you want period. Honest caring and less expensive than anyone else i called. Josh Rhodes showed up early and put. More effort than i thought possible. My air is working great and my wallet is still here. These folks are the best .
