I used to be in the HVAC industry myself, so I understand the in and outs. Luis was an honest hard working professional that not only knew what he was doing but was very informative and genuine about all the steps he was taking to get the job done. His prices are extremely fair and he will take care of you. Highly recommend
Had a service done by Luis today. Came on time, very professional, worked efficiently and effectively. Fixed our issue quickly and with a positive attitude. HIGHLY recommend this company and if you can ask for him even better. Left no mess and even taught my husband what caused the issue to prevent further problems. 10/10 , don’t think twice and book with Tri County Cooling.
We needed a a/c for my in-laws quarters. We called Tri-County Cooling. He was fast, professional, and did a great job. He almost made it look easy! We are super happy with our new a/c unit and highly recommend this skilled professional.

Luis was extremely professional. Showed up early in the morning after a very hot night when our unit was not working. Showed me images and videos of what we was doing. Involved me and explained the job. I enrolled in his maintenance service program which he will call me to schedule an appointment based on my units age, usage and current condition. He also provided me with proper filters to protect my unit. He didn’t leave my home until the job was completely done and he checked the entire unit and it’s functionality. All for a very good price.

Thank you Tri Country Cooling called you guys late in the evening as my condenser unit fan stopped working. You could not come out at that time but early the next day. You contacted us in the morning and let us know that you were 30 mins away. You came on time and immediately went to work. You listened to the issue we had and had the fan motor up and running in 20 mins. Could not thank you enough for the great quick service you gave us. Thank you for also taking a look at some of our concerns about the unit and giving us your honest opinion on what our best options are. We will definitely be reaching out to you guys again.

I can't say enough good things about TriCounty Cooling. Luis ALWAYS picks up the phone and arrives when he says he will arrive. He is reliable, professional, and knowledgeable. So hard to find a good A/C repairman, but alas we have found him!
This business is by far the greatest air conditioning repair and installation we have in South Florida. Ask me how I know? Glad you asked. I have tried them all! (Or so it feels). I don't know if it's just my selection with bad equipment prior to them (more on that later) or what. But I finally have a consistently great cooling in household and I owe it to Pepe at Tri-County. First off, I hate to bring this up but when you see a 1995 beat up white van pull up after phoning in for some help, your heart sinks a little bit. And when Tri-County pulled up in their beefy, squeaky clean, and legit truck I was feeling a ray of blessed sunshine. Something to the equivalence of seeing Captain America appear from the shadows in Avengers: Infinity War. Sorry, had to go there. This was an emergency call, since it was later in the evening and the call was still answered. (not saying to do this, I felt terrible) Anyway, they showed up and spent nearly an hour and a half fixing my already shoddy equipment. The thermostat I have isn't great and neither is the tubing that the other guys have done. Which was straining the unit for last few years with their "routine maintenance". So Tri-County found the faults in the system I thought was good to go and I am going to have them come back out very soon to change it all up. Since my AC has never been able to cool under a certain temperature for years. It finally is able to with the repairs done by Tri-County alone. I can't even imagine how much more improved it will be after they set things up their way. The right way. THANK YOU! A+

Unbelievably AMAZING COMPANY!! Wish their were more stars to give. Worke was top notch, done quick & efficient. They even went above and beyond explaining the new system & thermostat for me. Definitely would recommend to friends and family! Were even great with my pets, truely put my mind at ease!!
