Call at 6:30 on a Thursday night had no AC when you got here. Explain the problem after diagnosis very courteous, polite, and had us up and going in no time really appreciated the time after hours to get things done and to get somebody going if you need experience And a good person give them a call
I called on Friday after 6pm tech arrived at 7 30 diagnosted the prob ..minor part fair priced and. A very nice guy will recommend highly
A/C unit stopped working right as summer started. Reached out and they came out quickly to diagnose the issue and get it fixed. Very personable and reasonably priced. They still check in to make sure things are good.
We called late on a Monday night and they were able to come out that night and see what we needed to fix our ac. Daniel was very helpful and did have to bring the part the next day but he made sure he was able to get us the part that day even going above and beyond driving pretty far to get it. I was skeptical at first from reading the reviews but after dealing with Daniel I know that they were all wrong. He was great I would definitely recommend him.
Well my Ac went out on a Saturday night I got in touch with Danny and even though it was already Late afternoon Danny still showed up up and got my air conditioning working amazing he explained everything and took the time to explain everything to me great service great company

I was so stressed out until he came to fix my AC unit every other company I called couldn’t see the problem until I called trainor and they came right away and fix my ac now it’s very cold …. I’m satisfied with their service …
Very easygoing and extremely courteous. Excellent communication skills. With us he gave the extra mile. He even came back in a few days to see if everything was working properly.
I called him late on a Monday night and he showed up a few hours after after I called. He had to come back the next day with a part and installed it that he could of made me wait another day for the part but he didn't and went out of his way to go and get it. Do not believe all those negative reviews my wife was skeptical when she read the review. Turns out those negative reviews are fake.
Our Trane A/C broke after we had it cleaned by an HVAC cleaning company. Trainor came out within an hour of us calling and took a look. He ordered the parts and returned the next day to do part of the repairs. The day after he went above and beyond what I would expect any air conditioner repair company to do. The part we needed was out of stock so Trainor bought an after market part and installed it at no cost to us so that my wife and our child would have air conditioning until the part came in. I have seen the other reviews on here and I do not believe they are true based on the service I received. The Trainor that came to repair our air conditioning unit went above and beyond what anyone would expect. Would highly recommend.

After 13 days, the company's staff delivered the air conditioner to my friend which he bought from them, but he refused to take it since he had installed the AC with another excellent service.
Because I was hosting a party at my house, I hired his firm to fix the new compressor in my air conditioner. He said they had the imported compressor, which would cost much, but I agreed and paid extra charges to get service in 2 hours. Kannon came in 1 hour and installed the so-called imported compressor and trust me, when the party started AC suddenly tripped and stopped working. I faced such shame in front of my guests because of their pathetic and pricy service.
This firm was contacted by my sister to put CFC gas in her air conditioner. My sister denied the excessively outrageous quote from the supervisor who answered the phone, but they kept calling and pressuring her to utilize their service. After all, she blocked them.
Awful service, they installed a new AC, but after two weeks, it started blowing hot air or maybe had a gas leak. What the hell with this company? Totally unprofessional!
Only hire or pay them by checking their licenses. Total scam!
Refrain from using Trainor Air Conditioning Company’s services; They have a big team of technicians who are all unprofessional and careless. Fraud!
THE COMPANY IS A CON! The next morning at 7:30, he was supposed to arrive to fix the issue with the air conditioner, but he arrived late. And i feel they just pretended to repair the unit as it was completely dead afterwards!
Made appointment and they cancelled last minute. Waited for 2 hours for them. Then promised to come first thing next morning. Never showed up and stopped answering calls.
The service from Trainor Air Conditioning Inc. was outstanding. Outstanding technician. He was skilled in responding to their customer's demands. My air conditioning system was installed and maintained superbly by him.
