This company did an excellent job installing windows in my home. The installers were very professional, and communicative, ensuring that the work was completed quickly and to a high standard. Additionally, the fact that they were clean and tidy throughout the installation process is a testament to their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall everything was 10/10 from start to finish, super happy !

Everytime I get home to see my metal roof it feels like I made it. Truth be told the insurance company was going to drop me since my old one was over 20 years old. When they knocked on my door I wouldn't have expected that they would make everything so easy. Amazing work!
The whole operation is top shelf and efficient. Everyone I have referred them to is impressed with the quality but also the attentiveness. Getting people to just show up in Miami is hard but not with State Upgrades.
The program was pretty seemless and very quick for the window and door install. Matt and Sam were great about answering questions and walking us through the process. The quality and look of our windows and doors are also very well made and beautiful. The only reason I'm giving four stars is because I signed off that the project was complete since they only had the threshold to complete. So in good faith, I assumed that that small last task wouldn't take very long and the project would be done. However, the contractors never came back and I had to be persistent in asking them to return to complete the job. The first time they came back, after 2 months of follow up texts and calls, they installed a cheap piece of plywood instead of a traditional metal threshold I was promised. Then it took another 3-4 weeks of following up to get them to come back. They didn't, but another contractor was sent out who was wonderful and completed it properly. After it was all said and done, I was satisfied, but honestly, it felt like I became low-priority since a majority of the work was done. So my advice is DO NOT sign off until the work is 100% complete.

My mother and myself are just thrilled with the outcome of the work that your team of workers came to our home to do. My mother and I have no complaints; and we know the house is a fortress against a natural disaster and by some type of attempted human breach. I do plan on passing your company on to others that may be looking for service. To sum it all up your workers and support staff are A #1.
