Wow. So professional and thoughtful. The owner himself came to introduce himself and supervise their initial survey of work to be done. Recommendations showed they thought of solutions other contractors had missed. Called to let me know exactly when they were arriving, again when completed completed and returning for their follow up work. Mindful of costs and offered a range of choices to offer best quality or better value options. Very happy with PRT Cool Service!

This is the only air conditioning company in South Florida I will ever use. They are so responsive and professional and really are passionate about doing top quality work and serving customers. Every time I have an air conditioning problem they respond so quickly and keep my old air conditioning unit working. They are amazing and have great follow up. I totally recommend them for your home or business.
My air condition broke at 8 a.m. and prt cool service Inc were on the scene at 10 a.m. They did a fine job; very fast, efficient and most of all very respectful crew. Would highly recommend anyone thinking to use this service!
If there were more stars available I would give them to this business. I have known Rafael the owner for many years. I have use them both in my home as well as referred him to my place of work. Last week my mother's ac broke down and within 24 hrs Rafael had it back on regardless of the fact that it was on a weekend. If you are looking for a reliable and responsible company do not look any further they are it.

We called PRT Cool Service to help us with a problem we had with the AC in my daughter's business they came promptly were courteous and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. We also used them to replace the AC in our house and the experience was just as great. In a city where professionalism is a rare trait, PRT Cool Service is a rare exception. I've been using them for over 10 years in simple things like regular maintenance to full installation of large units in my home and business and can say that they are consistently good. Rafael (the owner) is always looking out for my best interest and find him to be a very honest person. They usually respond to my calls with a visit in no more than 48 hours and every time Rafael and his crew have behave respectfully, informative, professionally and have worked efficiently and in a clean manner. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for your AC needs.
