The Premium Home Service app is easy to operate! The technicians have cleaned and repaired my oriental rugs and cleaned my furniture. They have always been honest, punctual, professional, accommodating, and friendly. I trust their work completely and would feel comfortable leaving them in my home alone if I had to! I recommend this app for any home service needs!!

They provided a time window for the appointment and called me during the window to let me know exactly when to expect them at my home. Keith was courteous and extremely helpful and thorough. He cleaned out our dryer vent and made some helpful suggestions regarding improving the seals on the existing connections of our duct work. He also cleaned up after himself. We will see them again next year!
Premium Home Service has exceeded my expectations. I hired someone to rekey my front door. The technician arrived at the agreed-upon time and began working. The job was finished in a matter of minutes. That was quick and efficient service at a very reasonable price.
My hubby had locked our keys in our car last week and we are about 30 min out of town and they were here so fast and were quick and also very friendly. I would use these guys 100x more if i had to and would recommend them to anyone if you are in need of professional service to get your locks unlocked.
Premium Home Service said that they could be at our location within 20 minutes. When I asked how much it would be, the guy said. I thought that was expensive, but I never got other quotes, so it may be competitive. But I don't know for sure. But when they got here, they were on time and got straight to work. It took them about 15 minutes. I was happy with their work and would use them again..
I am pleased with Premium Home Service. I hired to re-key my front door. The technician arrived at the time we had agreed upon and proceeded to work. The work was completed in a matter of minutes. That was quick and efficient service provided at a very friendly rate.
I needed an electrician. Found a local company "Premo Electric" on Google with good reviews. When I called, i got Premium Home Service who acted like they were Premo and told me the service fee to come out would be $149 but that I could instead pay $149 for an annual membership where I would get free service calls all year for anything I need. I signed up for the Service agreement. The electrician did not come as agreed that day, or the next day and then again they wanted to reschedule so I cancelled. They refused to refund my money even though the agreement clearly says you have 7 days to cancel. I will file a complaint with the BBB and credit card company.
I had some electrical repairs done. Job was not completed, and the price was absurdly expensive -- $1,000 for an hour and a half.
After being referred to Premium Home Service, I called and spoke with a kind gentleman who asked questions to seek out my real need. He then had one of his locksmiths respond to my home. Jimmy was pleasant and professional. It was refreshing to see a young man show concern and kindness while providing great service. Highly recommend this company.
The app is an all in one portal for all your home service needs. Great service with qualified professionals as well. Had my garage door fixed yesterday and the experience was awesome!
Dan was a true professional. He told us when he would meet us at our door and he was on there on the dot. We had a smart lock and he was a master and got right in. Would definitely recommend. He was straight up and he never left me feeling uneasy or that I was walking into a scam.
Have used McGuire Electrician for years. Excellent service and fair charges. Have referred my real estate customers to them and used them for my personal residence. Usually talk with Greg and Mike when I call them. They are always polite and patient with any questions I ask.
