The power air team are wonderful! They took my call even though it was July 4th evening! They came early the next morning for a quick diagnosis of the problem and solved it in less than an hour! Their prices are also very reasonable. Highly recommended
Amazingly quick response. Efficient and honest service. Highly recommended. Gerson (the tech) is a great guy. Took the time to explain everything for me. Also, told me what I needed to do to repair the AC and advised me not to do any extra work that would’ve added more costs to my bill. The best company in town!

Our air conditioner broke we called them they came and fixed it immediately when a lot of other companies said they couldn’t find the part that was broken. Can’t recommend enough!

My AC wasn't cooling so I called Power Air. First time dealing with them. Daniel discovered a refrigerant leak in the inside unit. He showed me where the leak was, it was around a valve on the coil. So he said he repaired the leak and afterwards refilled the system with refrigerant. The next day, hissing sounds were coming from the inside unit even when the AC was off. I mean off as in not on auto and it shuts down because the house cool but I set the thermostat to "off". I can clearly hear hissing as if something was escaping from the AC unit. I thought that was normal for the AC to do that because I didn't recall it doing that before the AC wasn't operating correctly. One week later, it was a Sunday, the AC wasn't cooling again. So I called them back Monday morning. Daniel told me what I already knew that there was a leak. Their solution was to do a leak test to figure out where the leak was coming from. He was thinking that the leak maybe coming from along the condenser line that runs from the outside unit to the inside unit inside the house. The condenser line runs inside the walls and ceiling of the house. The test would require installing valves on the condenser line and pressurizing the line to find the leak. To do this test, it would require making holes in the walls to get to the line. I was not comfortable with that solution so I said no. Plus, if I were to agree with that method, what would come next? I would have paid for the test but then I would also pay for whatever came after that once the test was all done. And I didn't really think there was a leak along the condenser line anyway. Therefore I called someone else. They actually found the leak and showed me exactly where it was coming from. Essentially, the evaporator coil needed to be replace. Repair was not possible in this circumstance. Since then, my AC has been working for the past 12 days now. No hissing sounds. Power air has the nicest and most caring technicians -- made multiple trips to our home to assess and diagnose issues and we're upfront about how to proceed giving us options with the pros and cons of each. Daniel the technician was really pleasant all around to work with and took the time to explain everything to me as well. Highly recommend and we thank them for their work!!
They provide service as you would expect if you lived in New York or Seattle! So refreshing, communication was on point through the entire process from booking online easily, confirming the appointment, walking me through the problem, calling me to talk through the issues, and making next steps. Contacted this company for a new ac unit. Repusentive answered the phone in a manner that makes you question if you even called a company. I sent over the requested information and was told I would be contacted back shortly. Next day comes still no call back. I called them back several times no answer and there voice mail box is full. Very unprofessional and they lost a client and sale for a new unit. I have contacted another company they came out next day had no problem reaching them. I don't understand how you can advertise your company as a big established operating company and yet you cannot get in contact with anybody.
