Carlos, the technician, did a great job explaining what he was going to do in order to repair my AC components. He did the job quickly and I was up and running in no time! I would definitely recommend this company.
Great service from technician Israel. He was able to come same day, and was very knowledgeable and fair. Carlos also did a great job to trouble shoot my old thermostat and install a new one. He takes the time to educate and truly cares about the customer. I will definitely be using their services again, thank you!

So pleased with my technician, Carlos and all of the staff at One Hour Air. I had a lemon of an a/c system installed by another business and found One Hour to help me with several periodic issues. They truly respond promptly and show up within an hour. I wish all local businesses would follow their operational model. Dealing with my a/c is no longer a stress point in my life thanks to them!
Carlos called and let me know he was on the way . He instantly found my problem and quickly resolved it . Then he explained about the maintenance program . He gave other information about how to use the thermostat control . Good experience and it is good if he returns next service .

I bought a 6 year old house, water started dripping from the ac unit so I contacted one hour air conditioning They were quick to set up an appointment and Carlos Rodriguez was able to find the issue and explained it quite clearly and fixed the issue rather quickly and the ac is running with out any issues. Highly recommend one hour air conditioning and heating and more so Carlos Rodriguez.

I needed some ductwork replaced I'm going to shop around for price comparison because I don't have no idea what's the going rate for replacing duck when I have the flex line up there in the Attic other than the service guy was professional he took pictures did give me some options for financing or paying cash

Carlos is doing an amazing job on our AC. During the scheduled maintenance, he detected that the motor was showing levels that were higher than they should be. Luckily he was able to do so before the motor actually stopped working. He got the original replacement part very fast and installed it professionally. The communication was excellent and the pricing was good. I would highly recommend Carlos and this company!
Israel was very knowledgeable and helpful! he explain everything that was wrong with the a/c and what needed to be done in great detail. It was also great that they could come same day and are very punctual.
These guys came out to my elderly parents house and said that one of the older units was broken and that the whole thing had to be changed for 12k (que abuso). We got a second opinion and the unit just needed a minor repair and it is working fine for now. Second opinion quote 6.5k if we decide to install a new unit. Bottom line is Caveat Emptor or buyer beware.
