My AC wasn't working so I wanted someone to take a look. Air Geek looked and said I needed an entire new HVAC, the other people who looked added freon to the system and replaced the thermostat and it works. Therefore, it appears Air Geek Pros is either incompetent or untrustworthy.
Bought an AC from Lazaro, called bout 8 times their phone is commonly disconnected and have had several repairs on the NEW AC unit the installed. Worst con business ever. Finally hot a new company says in was installed wrong.
Run, don’t walk away from this company and these people! I know for a fact 2 of the 3 “reviews” left on this site is from one of the owners of the company. They have several DBAs and continue to do this to customers. The worst service I’ve received in years. They act all nice at the start and then misinform you the entire way. Once they get into your home, get their hands on your funds; let there be an issue and poof, they disappear. I’ve filed complaints across the board and will continue to pursue every DBA and vendor of theirs until I get to the bottom of these shenanigans. Great!! Holiday weekend and the tech showed up within the timeframe discussed and half hour later, the job was completed 🙏👍
They did a great job but I have no hot water. I need them to come figure out why
This attempted to find a way to not help but find a way for me to have to pay more for services that a good customer service company would have gladly assisted with for the money that was already paid. They did not have a desire to help resolve any issue it was all to make money. I had to get another AC tech to resolve my issue that took 10min to resolve
Very responsive. And helpful. Replacement of old unit was at a reasonable price and done within 24 hours. This company is so “cool” LOL
My AC unit stopped working on July 4th (94F) AirGeek service person assessed the need to replace my AC on July the 4th amazing! A new AC unit was ordered on July 4th and installed on July 5th. My AC unit was more complicated that usual ( not in a closet) instead located 7ft height in my garage ceiling - this was not an easy task. Service was excellent both on the person that came on July 4th, and the installers were outstanding. Will highly recommend AirGeek for all AC needs moving forward.
They installed a new AC unit and after a year it is completely broken. I need to replace it with another one. And the company doesn't respond to the previous AC.
They saved my family when our A/C went out! So far so good! I have a small issue but Miami Ice's tel number isnt working now , if someone from the office can contact me, that would be great.. thanks!

He came and banged around …there was a disconnected damper but he never mentioned it….and pointed supposedly at rust telling me that it will break soon even tho it’s only 3 years old….asked him if he could put in UV LIGHT…he said he could NOT because there was not enough space to install it! Sears came by a few days later and said they COULD INSTALL a UV Light….this company was trying to make up things that they claimed would soon break.I would NEVER use them again!
Too expensive. You are made to $250 yearly as though it were a membership, and then you have to pay a high repair bill anyway.

They were patient, explained every issue and what needed to be done to fix it. They came back multiple times when there were issues. Very satisfied with the service!!
Great experience! Very detailed AC maintenance service. Checked everything and answered any questions that I had. Provided information and advise on further good maintenance. Will use them again. :)

April 16, 2021: I called the company on Friday afternoon. Two guys were at my place within an hour for an estimate! They went to the roof, took a video of my 16-year old AC sad and moldy insides, gave me an estimate with a small discount. Next day (Saturday!) another two guys came in at 10am and started to remove my water-dripping AC. By 4 pm I had a brand new AC installed, thermostat replaced, work area cleaned, and my place cool again! If I looked elsewhere I might have (or not) found somebody cheaper but the professionalism and hard work of this team was so impressive that I do not regret taking up on their offer. UPDATE June 23, 2021: My brand new AC stopped cooling and its coils were covered in heavy snow (see pic). It was late evening but the company claimed to be working 24/7 so I called. Nobody picked up so I left a message. Nobody called next day. I called and left messages two more times, sent an email, send a PM on their Facebook page. No answer. Meanwhile, my son removed the filter, raised the thermostat, and melted the ice. AC seemed to work well again but I still wanted to hear from the company and kept calling. Finally they picked up the phone. Yes, they would send out a tech to diagnose the problem but I would have to pay a $65 service call fee. To check on the brand new AC that they brought and installed! That comes with the warranty on parts and labor. But the service call fee is still $65! OK, I paid. The guy came and determined that there was a faulty part in the unit and they would replace it. July 7, 2021: It took another two weeks and less than mediocre communication from the office until they finally answered my phone call. I was wondering when they will do what had been promised. The same guy came the same day, worked hard, and finished the job. I have no complaints about the guys "in the field" but communication with the company and the despicable "service call fee" for checking a faulty unit under warranty that they brought and installed
They were able to come out right away to look at it and was able to get me a new AC the next day which was a god send because it was 83 degrees inside my house
They are amazing!!! My unit wasnt cooling and of course, it has to be a Sunday. They had a tech here within an hour. Karel was the tech and he was the best. Showed me everything he was doing, was knowledgeable and very nice. He did a very thorough job and explained the services to me. I would highly recommended them to anyone!!!
