The guy who emerged was excellent. When I requested to reschedule the appointment, the person on the other end of the phone was the only one who was incredibly unpleasant. I don't believe I've ever had a conversation with someone like that.

The Safe T Switch went bad on our A/C unit and I caught the main air duct filling with gallons of water in the evening. The tech showed up first thing 8 am and it was only a $25 part but he did a full check and sweep of the A/C and Condenser, answered all my questions, was courteous, and was not the silent and send you a bill type. Really took the time to show me shortcuts and better maintenance techniques.
All packaging was taken away and the house left clean.

He was punctual. Installed the water heater and completed all the code changes. He explained why all of the items were being replaced, how much would be covered by the house warranty, and how much would be out of pocket. His attention to detail in ensuring that the exhaust was securely secured to the vent pleased me. He did not take any breaks during the three hours he worked.
My water heater, which was 28 years old, was replaced. In addition to their prompt arrival, professionalism, and thorough cleanup, they also completed the work swiftly and affordably. Even better than the one originally installed by the builders, the water heater that they put was very nicely installed. It has my highest recommendation.
