The owner Rick and his sec Illiana I have known for years about 18 years. You CAN'T get more honest and professional people. There Ac techs are amazing. Their service is fast and reasonably priced. Wouldn't use anyone else. I sometimes ponder what I will do when the owner retires. Truly great company
I had my coil cleaned & a UV light installed in my AC. I got quotes from 3 companies and Metropolitan was the best priced. Iliana and Jorge were great. Jorge even taught me how to change the batteries on my thermostat. Iliana is great with customer service. Good company.
They seem very responsive at the beginning and they give the same day service and after a couple of hours, they will tell you that they need two techs for the job and will move it up at least 2 days. Tech came in after two days of waiting and he said he fixed it but the next day the AC was blowing hot air again. Contacted the company the next day and explained that AC stopped working and they said I had to wait another 2 days for service. I asked to speak to the owner because the service was for a sick elderly person and he never called back. MY RECOMMENDATION STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.
