Just letting everyone know that these guys are Awesome! Very Professional & Friendly! This company cares about its customers & isn't trying to just make a profit by overcharging for their services! I just purchased a new Central AC unit for my house at a great price & I'm extremely happy with it! Definitely Recommend this company!!!

What a great experience! Everything verbally promised was delivered. We were drawn to South Florida Cooling Systems based on their 60 month finance free advertising. As advertised, we got 60 months 0% financing at a very competitive price for a 2.5 ton unit with all new duct work in a home that previously never had central AC. Elier was punctual and completed the work on time as promised. Something we forget exists here in S. FL. I highly recommend him. A very professional organization.

The service was excellent! I was contacted for an appointment immediately and the technician Christian was at the house within the hour. He fixed my a.c. and explained what was wrong and provided and excellent level of service at a great price.

One of the best purchasing experiences! The customer service and attentiveness was above and beyond. This is what every business should be like!!!! I came home from work and immediately noticed its was hot. I began searching through google and this companyhad the BEST REVIEWS - I see exactly why. When I first called it was after 5pm, almost 6pm, and no answer however in less than 1 minute the OWNER called me back! I don't know any business where the owner calls their customers back. He called me back to let me know that one of the techs would be contacting me shortly and we could have a whole new unit by the following day - I was super impressed. The tech Eliel called me back in a few minutes and we got everything set up. Woke up the next day excited to get my new system and Eliel arrived 15 mins early, I was ecstatic! Eliel did a fantastic job, made sure he explained what he was doing, answered all of my questions, cleaned up, and stayed to teach how to use my new pad and ensured it work properly before leaving. The next day to my surprise he texted me in the morning to see how everything was going!!! This company did an amazing job and I recommend them to EVERYONE! I'm so glad we called.
I had forgotten what good service is, here in Miami! This company is very professional taking care of their customers. After having a nightmare for almost a year with an AC installation via ARS through Home Depot, South Florida Cooling Systems came to the rescue with a good price and absolutely professional delivery. It is good to feel someone out there is not interested in just making a profit, but being fair to the customer and with a high level of professionalism. I have gone through about 3 AC installations before, and I have never seen so much attention to details and making sure everything is up to code! Great company!
South Florida Cooling Systems Inc. Is the most reliable and honest company I've dealt with in a while. Their technician, Elier, was very nice and personable, but above all else was very knowledgeable and very professional. He was excellent at troubleshooting the problem, explaining to me what he was doing and gave me reccomendations for the care of my A/C. He wouldn't leave unless he felt my problem taken care of and the system was working perfect. I highly recommend this company.
Hands down the best air conditioning company. I put the inquiry to get quotes for a new AC on Sunday to several AC companies and they were the only one that called me back and sent a quote the same day. They did an amazing job installing a full hvac system. I gave them 5 stars for communication, service, installation and skilled technician. If you are looking for a reputable AC company, I highly recommend South Florida Cooling Systems Inc.
Finding good customer service in Miami is almost impossible. Thankfully Jason Romero and Elier made the impossible, possible. Incredible customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend them for anyone needing a new ac or repair.
My air condition unit stop cooling, and the whole unit needed to be replaced so I contacted south Florida cooling system. Jason L.Romero came by and gave me a fair quote. The next day they were installing a new unit. tech's Elier,Yutsel, did a great job. waited out the rain. I have been cool ever since. I will call them first for all my A/C need's
I used them twice and couldn't be happier to have found them. The first time, they were able to find a persistent cooling problem in an old unit I had, which no mechanic was able to fix! Some years later, I followed their recomendation on which new unit to purchase, and I can't even remember how many years I've had it without a single problem!! Our central air conditioner was on the last leg so we called South Florida Cooling Systems because the company was highly recommended. The owner came right out and gave us different options and his advice on what system he thought would be best for our house. We went with his recommendation and could not be happier. The crew came out the next day and were professional, courteous and had everything finished before we knew it. We even got a rebate! Our electric bill is considerably lower and the unit is quiet and efferent. We found the company to exceed our expectations from the owner, to the installers, to the equipment. I have recommended them to everyone. No need for another hot night as long as South Florida Cooling Systems is around.
