I am very skeptical some times about ac repair, but my home is 18 years old and it was finally time to replace the whole unit. I was referred to JJ a/c services by my cousin and it was the best choice. On the hottest day the ac decided to retire and these guys gave me a reasonable quote and installed a 5 ton trane ac compressor and ac air handler and new thermostat. They were very professional and they worked from 9:30am to 3:30pm when the new unit was turned on. Very happy and wife is very happy
They installed a new AC at my house and it want so great that we contacted them once again to install a new AC at my workplace. They came by and we talked about the installation, they were back the following day and installed everything in one day! They did an awesome job, very hard workers and we’re happy with their services. Great company in general and would totally recommend.
After using only Pilar Services for the past 10 years, I finally hired a different company because of the constant let down and scam repairs Ib was getting billed for. The results from hiring JJ A/C Service was night and day compared to Pilar Services. JJ was honest, fast, professional, and didn't charge me for my first visit due to the negligence left behind of the past company. Stellar performance, personable staff, and ON TIME!! Thank you!
I have used JJ A/C Service since 2019 and I am very impressed by their service. I work in construction and know how hard it is to find a company that is reliable and caring. They are on time, very professional and their job is very clean. I highly recommend them because I found them to be very friendly and honest. This time they replaced the AC system in my home and spent all the time I needed discussing the features and how to use my new system. I am happy to have them continue to maintain and service my A/C.

When it comes to JJ a/c service I would highly recommend them! I called different AC companies for estimates some will call you back or not, others will push you too units that you didn't want or that they had in stock. However when it came to JJ A/C Service they listen to what I wanted. From day one they were professional as well as courteous. I asked for a Trane two stage system and they were able to get it as well as explain what it does and on what I can expect on save money-wise when it comes to the electricity. Best thing also was they technician was kind and courteous to my family and this whole project from removing the old unit and installing the new unit was flawless and clean!!! I must say when it came to the paperwork for registering the unit and warranty they did it all. Again I highly recommend them. They treat you like family!!!

Notified the day before and came the next day at the time he said he would. He came and immediately found the issue with our ac. Gave us a diagnosis on the current condition of the ac. Super nice. Super straightforward. Will call again with any ac issues.
Beware! They wanted to charge me $125 just to come look at it!

I recommend JJ AC service to anyone with Air Condition needs they are professional they show up when they say they’re going to they actually care about the customers needs they tried to save your money and they are honest Juan and Miguel are very personal friendly professionals I felt very comfortable having them in my house.

JJ A/C service installed a new thermostat for me last year, and recently replaced my 20+ year old unit with a new 3.5 ton 17 SEER unit and a new thermostat at no additional cost. They returned promptly at no cost to replace the thermostat when I noted the one installed was not programmable like the previously installed one. Unit is running great. Excellent customer service, friendly and honest reps, and always on time per agreed schedule (rare these days, can't stress this enough) I also used JJ A/C service to clean my ducts after the new unit was installed, received a discounted rate and work was done quickly, on time, and well.

Everyone in this company are extraordinary! The office administrator, Liz, is incredibly professional and kind! The tech's are, also, professional and explain to you what they find. The owner is a hands on person who will return your calls if you ask to speak with him! I've had a lot of work done in my house by JJ and every single one of them were done professionally and timely! I recommend them wholeheartedly and without any reservations!!
