I called Guisan air because I needed assistance with my ac not cooling properly. Marco called me back quickly and talked me through a temporary fix. He came on a Sunday and added a way to pour bleach in the system to prevent clogging. He was extremely professional and really a pleasure to deal with. We live in rental home owned by a large company. I had put a work order in for the matter to be dealt with but had no response as yet. With this heat ac is critical. I am very happy to have found a company that was professional, responsible and timely. I highly recommend this company and especially to Marco for helping me out.

Anayat Hussaini a Palmetto Bay Resident: I called on Guisan A/C after a competitor company Air on Demand who installed my Unit would not help me with the repair by asking me to wait (3 -to- 4) weeks to send someone!! And not for the First, but the 3rd time over a period 2) years. That is when I called the Guisan Air and I am so happy I did, Mr. Marco Himself came by and sweet through a complicated dynastic with the Compressor PC board and was able to solve the problem at a very fair price, so I do recommend them to all who care for someone to trust with their AIR CONDITIONING NEEDS.

They used to be good. They're supposed to be 24/7 but now that our 3yr old AC that they installed is dead, they are not answering their phone and they stopped responding in the chat.
Guisan Air gave me top-notch service! Would NOT accept full payment until A/C passed inspection and did not charge for initial service call since my A/C needed to be replaced. Thank you so much Guisan!

In South Florida, having AC problems is usually a 911 type problem. We called various companies and Guisan Air (Marcos) was the only one that replied right away even though it was late at night. Actually, the other ones we are still waiting for a response. Just that sets this company apart from the rest. On top of that, you add quality and professional service and you have the recipe for excellence. Marcos arrived promptly the next day and identified the issue quickly. Provided a quote and explanation of what was wrong and completed the service in a blink of an eye. AC is now running like new thanks to Marcos and his great service. If you are having an AC emergency stop reading and call Guisan Air now.

They are the best! I called them to fix my AC Unit and they came the exact same day! I heard about them from my friend and had to give them a try since my AC is always giving me problems.
