No estimate given before doing the job. Just be started working on it then tells me that it can be fixed until Monday so ofcourse I was forced to have him find a solution. I could have just called another repair shop but it’s already worked on. For changing a small part and a couple of wire, I was charged $778. The person also left the drip tray full of water and didn’t leave receipt.
Ariel is a very good technician with alot of knowledge. He took his time to explain everything about our air conditioners. He is very professional and is also very nice. We are very happy with his work.
Miguel was on time and very professional just waiting on my written estimate so that I can have my repairs done.
I thought Miguel was terrific. The problem is yet to be resolved, but he certainly appears to have pointed us in the correct direction

I had been with no AC since Friday. I tried to figure out what I could and to no avail. I called them Sunday 7-2-23, and I had someone out here a couple of hours later. Super professional and helpful from the moment I called to schedule to the tech that came out.
Raul with Direct Air is extremely competent, experienced, and skilled at what he does. He was able to quickly and efficiently assess the issue we were having and he fixed it with ease. Unlike other technicians who are intent on selling new AC units, Raul stayed focused on fixing our issue without using a single sales tactic in the process. He made us feel comfortable and confident that the problem with our AC unit and the thermostat would be resolved. In short, he’s truly excellent.

Rolando went above and beyond explaining the state of our system. Our system was 18 years old and in pretty bad shape and he presented us with multiple options, but we didn’t feel pressured to exercise any option. We decided to replace our aging system and Rolando was a pleasure to work with.
I’m still waiting for other comparisons financially. But what I’ve experienced with them so far was good.

My air conditioner stoped working this week during record highs. This was not what I was expecting so close to retirement but…Darwing Carmona and Direct Air Condtioning to the rescue! I can’t say enough about Darwing he has a heart of gold. He is very thorough and very knowledgeable. I was in a sort of panic and denial at the same time and Drawing’s calm demeanor and assurance that everything was going to be fine calmed me down. I ended up buying a new AC and I couldn’t be happier. Darwing set me up with the right person Wilbert at Direct Air to help and guide me through the purchasing process. Thank you for taking the time to make sure your customers are satisfied and happy! I highly recommend them.
So far the work done has been excellent and professional. Availability of Spanish speaking and clear concise explanation of what the work being done is for!
