My A/C broke on a holiday weekend. I called and a technician came out to my house within hours. He repaired the issue providing pictures of the problem and kept me apprised every step of the way. Very pleased with their service and pricing. 😊

The crew arrived on time and worked through the day until the installation was finished and all the questions were answered. The staff was very courteous and detail oriented. Called for annual maintenance of all our A/C's at the house. They made an appointment right away for the next morning. They arrived punctually and did the maintenance needed. They explained the condition of each unit to prepare us for repairs or replacement of older units that may be necessary in the future. They never perform anything that is not absolutely necessary and never try to 'upsell you" for more than is needed. I trust them 100%

I had Dade Super Cool A/C install 2 air handlers in 2 of my warehouses here in West Kendall. I have managed a set of 5 warehouses with a total of 9 air conditioners for the past 6 years and gone through around 8 different HVAC companies (largely my fault as I always am looking for a great price). I finally found the best one and for almost exactly the low price I have been paying for a "friend of a friend". First, they sent out a team of technicians just to give me the best idea of what work they would suggest. I have a very unique situation in that I work with saltwater aquarium systems in all my bays that rust everything in and around my warehouses incredibly quickly. They had each component of the systems they installed clear coated with a rust-resistant coating which should both make the systems last much longer, and made them look nice. The installation time was incredibly short, they were in constant communication, and everyone they sent out to my facility new exactly what they were doing and were extremely accommodating. Finally, they noticed an issue in the original installation of my ducting and brought me up to code. I can't recommend this company enough. Definitely read up on their reviews as I did and you will see just how serious they take customer satisfaction.
