Fantastic company. Tony came out to the house on short notice and late in the day and took care of everything. I had a leaking AC when he came over and when he left everything was fixed. Great customer service. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this company for all your Air Conditioning needs. Update 5/2023: I recently used this company again, this time for installation of a Ductless Mini Split. I cannot stress enough how great the service is. They are punctual, thorough and helpful. This is the only air conditioning company I will use. Highly Recommend!

Copasetic is a great company. I feel really lucky to have found them. They came recommended to me by the seller of the home I purchased. Ryan was my main contact. He worked with me to get me the system that worked for me. In addition to installing mini splits throughout my property, he also went above and beyond to coordinate other trades to ensure the work was full and complete (masons and electricians). After install, tenants complained that one of the rooms were not cooling like the others, Ryan sent over a technician and had it repaired immediately. This is a great company and I wont use another mechanical contractor in Miami.

Best in the business! Ryan and his team are who you need to get your ac issues resolved! My house is from 1960, and has a strange ac set-up that caused me headaches for years. They rebuilt the a/c closet to work more efficiently, and replaced my leaky coil. Fast and affordable, keeping you in the loop the whole way. I wouldn’t trust anybody else with my ac, ever! Thanks guys!
My best friend referred me so I already knew I could trust them. My super old Trane finally grinded to an abrupt stop on a sweltering hot Sunday, these guys showed up quickly and gave it their best shot. Turned out it was best to just replace the entire system so first thing Monday morning they did it. Thank you Ryan and your team!

He reviewed the optionals available and repaired air conditioning on time. The manager, Ryan, is very responsive and accessible. We are very pleased with the service they provided. Copasetic installed 2 new HVAC units in my condo. The installers did a great job, very professional, arrived on time, neat and clean, got me set up on the Nest App. Walked me thru the App so that I was comfortable with how it functioned. Very satisfied with Ryan and his crew. Highly recommend.

Simply put, there is no other AC company to go with. They won’t sell you something you don’t need. They’re thorough, knowledgeable, and honest which is difficult to find these days. Ryan took his time to make certain I was getting a properly sized AC for my house, answered every question I had, and promptly had it installed. I’ll never use another AC company.

Wow, it is so wonderful to find a professional , honest , and timely company in Miami ! I called in the evening and had service by 10:00 in the morning . The technician, Dennis, was so kind and knowledgeable, diagnosing our problem with central air conditioning unit in 5 minutes , and replacing the part in 10 minutes . I will be recommending this amazing company to everyone I know . Thank you for your help !
I don’t know where you got your license from but try to drive a little bit more cautiously. It was raining today and I had my two-month-old in my car and this companies van decided to cut me off pretty badly on the expressway. I’m sure you deal with a lot of road rage huh.

I have used Copasetic in both my home and a facility that I managed maintenance projects for. I have worked with several of their crews. I have been impressed with both the professionalism and customer service on every occasion. I have lived in my house for over 25 years with a HOT bedroom. The rest of the house had to be kept very cold to keep my bedroom barely cool. After Copasetic finished replacing the ducts and maintaining the airhandler unit, my whole house has a consistent temperature in every room. Other companies attempted this in the past and failed. I recommend this company to all of my friends and customers.
I can't say enough good things about this company. Hands down they are the most responsive company I've dealt with in Miami. I reached out on a Monday morning and someone was at my place in a matter of hours. Service is always very courteous and professional (I highly recommend Luis!)!
