Polo was very professional when we first contacted him to request a quote. He visited our apartment, went above and beyond in explaining the process and options, and provided a quote for a fair price. We are satisfied with Polo's air conditioning installation last Tuesday because he arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. The equipment installation looked much better than I had before, so not only did he settle the equipment, but everything looked nice and clean. During the process, he was always respectful and professional. My mother and I have no complaints, and I would recommend Polo and Cooling Nation to every neighbor, friend, and family member that may need air conditioning repairs or installation. THE ONLY REVIEW YOU NEED TO READ (Go all the way to the bottom for the short version of my review) ----My Situation---- ---------------------------- Earlier this month, my Home AC broke. I have repaired it several times but it is just no longer efficient so I decided to upgrade instead of keeping it on life support. After speaking with neighbors, searching online, and having several different companies come to my house to give me quotes (Even some that were recommended to me by good friends) I noticed that ALL OF THEM were trying to take advantage of the situation and charge me WAY MORE than usual just because my AC was not working. They all assumed I was desperate and tried to squeeze money out of me, it was obvious. One company in specific told me the Price was FIRM and nothing he could do because that's just the price of AC units now... I explained calmly and carefully that I not only knew exactly what was wrong with my AC unit and could fix it for about $100, but I also knew all of the prices of different models, how to service it myself, the average labor costs, and showed him on my computer all of the research that was done previous to contacting them. I also showed them that I have almost all of the equipment to do repairs and service on my own AC if I absolutely HAD to have AC right away... I was not Desperate, I just wanted an upgrade. Once he realized that I was not only informed but was not desperate, he said he could do me a "Favor" and dropped the price by $2,000.... Hipolito and his crew are the absolute best you could find in South Florida. He is responsive to communication, clearly walks you through maintenance, works quickly and efficiently, and is a really nice guy. If you need anything done with your A/C, call them. I would give 6 stars if possible, highly recommended!
The experience with Polo couldn't have been better from the beginning to end. My A/C unit was nearing the 20 year mark, and I wanted to change it out before it broke and we were in the dead of summer. On first reaching out, Polo provided a lot of information over the phone, along with considerations to make, and offered to stop by and provide a more comprehensive estimate. He took the time to understand what our goals were in replacing the unit, discussed the current shortage of units and what could be available. After verifying availability and costs he was on site the next day for installation. Despite a few surprises during installation, he was able to troubleshoot and everything was switched out by the end of the day. He even came back for some noise troubleshooting a few days later at no charge. Where it's often common to find unreliable service technicians in Miami, I'm glad I found Polo and will be recommending him to friends and family.
Polo was an amazing tech. Very upfront and fair. Went above and beyond to fix our AC unit. This is the type of business I love, where transparency, service and quality are part of its business model. Cooling Nation is 10/10 and will be from now on our service provider.

Ac leaked and made loud gurgling noise, they cleaned the pipe and line... works now! They came a day earlier than my appointment and took time to inspect my layout and answer all my questions.
We couldn’t be more happier with their service. They came when they said they would (on time) , replaced our air conditioner and cleaned up afterwards. No sales pitch, very professional and honest.

was new to the area, in need of a central AC replacement and really didn't know one company from the next. I found Cooling Nation in my search. I called for an estimate and spoke directly with Polo. He showed up on time, gave me some really useful information and provided a quote that same day as promised. I had some questions in my decision process and he was always available and willing to help and answer my questions. If he wasn't he would ring or text me back. He made my decision really easy - between his personality and his knowledge, I felt like I was in good hands. He treated my home with care, took time to consult with the pad and line placements and showed me how and when to change my filter and clean the line. He even registered my new units for me! I would highly recommend Polo and Cooling Nation.
Polo gave me an estimate on Friday, we agreed on the price and schedule the installation for the next day, they came on time even with bad weather, the installation process was really fast, everything was left clean, Cooling Nation is a very responsible company. I called them for service and he was there within a few hours.We scheduled a new installation.Cooling nation was prompt with time.He showed you from the first steps to last steps of installation.He was very knowledgeable about the system and the do’s and the dont’s.Very courteous and respected my home.They even cleaned up after they were finish!!Better than me per say lol!!I would choose them again and again.Thank you cooking nation-Angel H.
