Excellent service. After many failed attempts with other HVAC companies, Michael and his team showed up and got to work and resolved our year long problem.

I had an a/c unit go out unexpectedly. The team from Coolest Air came out within a few hours. They diagnosed the issue, illustrated it to me then answered all of my questions regarding repair vs replace. Because of the age of the unit and it’s recent maintenance requirements I was leaning towards replacement. They then gave me a couple product offerings in the Trane product line. I researched over night while they prepared two cost estimates. When I made the decision they were very quick to obtain the unit and came a half day early to install the system in the High heat of the day! They got the unit replaced and operational within hours. Their efforts saved me another day working in a hot home office. Equally important, they provided me a very competitive price for the overall project. I highly recommend Coolest Air Conditioning. They will be my go to A/C service provider going forward.
This husband and wife team provided exceptional customer service. They were prompt, and maintained communication throughout the entire process. They provided knowledgeable recommendations, and the day of installation, their team went right to work and now we are cool as a cucumber. Great company! Have no fear, you are in excellent hands with Ana and Mike. After neverending issues with a Trane unit and a host of A/C companies unable to properly address the problems, (instead trying to sell you on something you didn't need) Coolest Air stepped in, assessed the situation and got it right as they specialize in servicing Trane Aircondtions. They are honest, knowledgeable, and informative. They are also helpful with regards to warranty information and will take the extra steps to ensure you aren't paying for a part you shouldn't. Good people that take pride in their work. Don't look any further. You'll be happy with their service.
Great customer service. We have a dog and two littles at home and they were great maneuvering around them 😂 I just moved to Miami and my Spanish is not great, and these guys spoke English so that was really helpful. They were the first company to get back to us when we were searching for AC repair and they got out here fast.
My AC guy retired, I did a search, found good reviews on this company, and took a shot. They immediately took my call, set an appointment and proceeded to actually arrive EARLY. If that's not a good start, the OWNER of the company himself , personally came to handle my problem. He talked straight, was level with me and all was done, fixed in 20 minutes. Fair price too. The reviews are true, they are accurate, THESE are your AC guys.
Mike and Ana are a complete power couple. They came the same day I called them to schedule an a/c unit installation to check out the situation with my current unit. Mike guided me through the different types of units they offered, answered all of my questions, and Ana emailed me the estimates as we spoke. You really get the sense that they care about your investment, it's not just a job to them. The day of the install their team was efficient and organized. Everyone wore masks and adhered to the CDC regulations. They didn't complain about the extreme heat and humidity in my home. When they were finished Mike and Ana showed me how to use the new system. Which is amazing! There was a minor discrepancy on the official estimate. The thermostat I wanted was quoted at one price and later I was told it was another. Mike made it right by leaving it at the first price quoted. Which showed me they're not in it for the money, but rather the customer's satisfaction in their service. In the end I got the thermostat I wanted for the price I wanted and the feeling I went with the right company. One that gave me quality service for a great budget. I will continue to call on them for any a/c needs.

This company is like having your best friend also know everything about air conditioners. I wanted to write this review months ago when they first came out right away to troubleshoot and fix our AC unit on a brutally hot day in February. After the follow up help they offered I wanted to sit down immediately and write this review. During times like these when everything is uncertain and we are all experiencing difficulty, they immediately answered our phone call and proceeded to help us over the phone!! Who does that these days? NO ONE! But they did. This is a family run business that reminds me of what it must have been like during a time when helping your neighbor came first. I am so grateful to have found them and you will be too! We were lucky to find them the first time, thankful for their help a second time, and will use them any and every time we or someone we know have a need in the future.
Coolest AC has done good work for us (installation of new AC, repair work of the unit, and maintenance of the unit) but honestly, my favorite thing about this place is Ana. Who is Ana? She is the friendly voice who takes your calls and does follow up. Our old AC guy did not have an Ana. He was in charge of answering, scheduling, following up, etc, etc, and he did it about half the time. This is infuriating when you’re dealing with AC troubles. Ana is on top of every communication and for me, that puts coolest AC at the top of its game.

Coolest air conditioning & refrigeration team are the best! Such a professional team ! Ana and Mike came to my house to repair my AC the same day I called in with my issues, they fit me in - accommodating to my work schedule, both are very knowledgeable, professional, detailed and very kind, thanks to them I slept amazing last night with my AC cooling correctly again. Mike was also very helpful in explaining the cause of my AC issue, he showed me what to look for down the road when Maintence is due. Highest recommendation goes to them both and a big THANKS !!
