Very very bad experience. I scheduled an appointment they said there was an 150 fee. That would be discounted on the total price. They came over. Said that to fix would have to come clean for 730 dollars . I said ok. They guy could not clean at that exact moment and said he would return. Still charged me 197 for coming over. Did not fiz the problem. 5 hours later the AC stopped working.
Awesome. Same day service. Very transparent and efficient process for landlords.
Highly recommend. I have used them in the past for repair. Eventually my old unit gave out. They were quick and reliably installed a new central A/C system and new unit on the roof of my building. They calculated the size I need and installed everything including permit / insurance / clearance from the condominium. Price was very good. Very happy I used them. 1 year later everything still perfect. Now I use them for biannual maintenance. Thank you Eddie.
Great company. Quick and efficient. We contacted them on Friday, they came the next day to check the AC and fixed it. Would call them again.
I am very disappointed with their customer service. They have taken more than a month to fix my ice maker, which is a simple task. They are always late for the appointments, arriving two or three hours later or rescheduling. They do not come prepared and take parts information wrong. I would never recommend them. My experience has not been pleasant.
Call Eddie the owner earlier in morning for AC not working on a usually hot day in Miami. Within 2 hours he had technician at my apartment and problem solved! Thank you Eddie and Reynier for your prompt response and great service ☺️
I have been using Cool Solutions for our Air Conditioning service for a year now. They assisted with a major problem we had with our HVAC, after using 3 different companies Cool Solutions were the only company that could find the issue and fix it properly. I would like to say first that I am grateful to Cool Service for the the good service, for been responsive, work responsable and their amazing customer service. When I called them I was tired of waiting months for my AC Tech. I found Cool services online and I decided to give them a chance after I read their reviews. From the beginning when I spoke with the service manager I knew that with them would be different. They came the same day I called, they did a diagnostic and they fixed it temporarily the air gap on my unit, the next day they came again to permanently fixed. When I came back home I noticed was a still a little cool air coming out they come back the next day and they finished sealed promptly that little gap. With the invoice they sent me detail pictures of all they have done on inside the unit to seal the gap. I have never had such a great service with another company, they make a difference!!! Thank you again and please never change we need more companies like Cool service in South Florida!

I had two AC's replaced by Cool Solution Services. I am extremely pleased with the service they provided. I was very lucky to have found this company. From the techs who did the job, Fidel Prol and Kenny Hernandez who both took their time and did a beautiful job, to dealing with a true professional , Eddy Alvarez, the owner. In today's world it is not easy to find people that are truly proud of the work they perform to please and have a happy customer for life. The quality of their job is superb! If you are in need of a new AC I highly suggest you go with them, you are not going to regret it!
I highly recommend Cool Solutions! My AC broke and was completely fried the day before Fourth of July weekend. They responded immediately and did everything they could to try to get me up and running for the long weekend. The techs were very professional and explained everything to me. Eddy Alvarez, specifically, went above and beyond to get my new unit installed on a Saturday so that I would not have to spend the holiday weekend in the heat. Thank you so much for your great customer service.

Outstanding service. My AC was significantly leaking and needed emergency service. I called 5 other companies, left messages and emails to which I am still waiting a response. I called Cool Solutions, got an immediate answer, went through a a handful of Q&A and within 15 minutes got a scheduled technician to come by (BTW, it was Eddy Alvarez who took my call…tremendous professionalism). The level of service continued to impress when Jorge Ramos showed up. He took care of the problem offered a solution NOT A SALES PITCH. When Jorge left it seemed as if nothing took place even though he took the unit apart and cleaned it to the point that it looked brand new. It’s not often I write an excellent review. These guys/gals earned every bit of accolade. I recommend them without any hesitation. Thank you Eddy, Jorge, Dollys and Andrea (hope your training is on course Andrea, you are in great hands).

I called Cooling Solutions around 11.30 am and they arrived right away. The technician Frank found the issue right away, explained us in detail what he did and each new and replaced pieces. In less than an hour the air was back on! Thank you!
