Central Comfort is an amazing company with great service and clear and transparent pricing a and options. I was very pleased with their constant communication with the estimate, contract and installation. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a new unit and maintainance.
They did a great job but left a little mess on the balcony where the hold pipes of my ac were full of algae and they let them go all over the balcony ground

Imagine waking up to no a/c in Miami on a Saturday morning in June. Hellish is putting it mildly. I couldn't get ahold of my usual a/c company so I called Central Comfort. They had a technician out to my house within 2 hours. Hernan was excellent and got the job done. I was so impressed with Hernan and Central Comfort that I signed up for their maintenance plan and said goodbye to my former a/c company.
Great service did a full new ac while renovating my home were fast and great quality more importantly! Would recommend to all my family and friends!

I've had bad experiences with AC companies in the past. I looked into this company and saw their positive reviews. They are wonderful. They answer the phone at all hours. They get to you as soon as possible. They make and keep appointments. Their work is professional and their expertise is so helpful. I like to understand what is wrong and they are great at explaining it. If there were more stars, I would give it to them. In my opinion, you can trust this company to be your AC vendor.

Service person was good & quick! I think the price was a little high! $95.00 for a service call! Don’t like Flat rate $230.00! Would rather have a paper itemize! Received price on estimate repairs thought it was very expensive! Would like to get other estimates! Please stop all calls and emails! Thanks
Update: still receiving excellent service, my hvac unit is still in almost new condition years later thanks to Central Comfort and their technician Hernan. Attention to detail and no high pressure selling or over selling really makes them stand out. Excellent service and less than half the cost of Kendal HVAC. Service rep was very friendly and attentive, and very fast to our home (same day evaluation and service). Documented with photos as he went and engaged us to see every aspect - amazing transparency. They even installed a UV light to keep our system mold, bacteria and virus free.
I am having some work done on my irrigation system and last night my AC stopped working so I called Central Comfort Air and scheduled for them to come this morning to fix my AC. It took less than 3 minutes because the technician spoke with the company doing the irrigation work and learned that they had shut off the power to the outside unit! The technician was very gracious and did not charge me a trip charge. I've already been struggling finding a qualified AC company for my train system. I will never use direct air, by the way. I think I found my solution in this company!
Puntual within timeframe offered which is gratefully appreciated. Technician very knowledgeable, professional and polite. Took care of the clogged drain fast. Not the cheapest one out there but certainly very reliable. Would recommend !
