Nothing was repaired. The young man didn't replace all of the screws, and left something hanging. I was told that I'm better off purchasing a new unit. I called the young man that replaced the the fan for the ac to take a look at it. He cleaned the coils, now my central air is working just fine. However, the gentalmenwas very professional, and on time. I'll give e him 5 stars.
A little expensive but you are paying for legitimacy. If you want it done right without having to think about if you can trust this person or that, these are the people to go to.
Water heater was installed 6/19/23 and never worked. Installer would not return texts and did not show up when was supposed to. Still no hoy water 6/30/22
Didn’t get here until late in the day because of the storms, but the service was fantastic. The AC is fixed ❤️
Jorge was the most professional and thorough A/C service person I have ever worked with. From scheduling, a call to narrow time frame down, text when tech on the way, explaining and videoing system to show what we need and generally knowledgeable and nice person. Highly recommended. Much improved service from Aspen Air the past few years
Company refuses to honor the warranty. I have been calling for almost 2 weeks. Everyone saying will call back. No call back to answer questions. I'm burning up in house for 2 weeks and cannot get this company to honor the warranty.
Responded quickly. Kept me informed of arrival time and the progress of the work.
My appointment was Tues at 9. Tech called at 12 to say later. I refused. Company rescheduled to Wednesday 8:39-8. He arrived at gate 12:02. Arrived at house at 12:32. Slow, said it takes time to put on gloves and get tools. He finally left at 3:08. Much slower than any other tech.
They always come out quickly and have always been able to take care of my AC problems.
Extremely high prices.. not even similar to other AC Technicians. $1880 labor cost to change an internal motor?? Can not believe it !! And don’t even fix the real problems.
Did excellent work. Could improve their punctuality some, but overall I'm happy.
Company doble and triple the prices to install a aircoditioned.. $ 13,703?? the low to 8,300, charging double price. Only the technicians are the best asset to ARS.
This review is in reference to a new A/C install that took place on Saturday 2/11/23. The installers were Jose Guerra and another person also named Jose. I am very satisfied with the work they did as they showed up early, were very professional and detail oriented in the work they did. I would highly recommend them. Israel Gonzalez My original review was positive based on my A/C in February. It is now June and after many calls with absolutely no response I have not been able to schedule a final inspection despite permitting and final inspection being paid for. No response from GM Al Quintero or Juan Conde. I want my final inspection to be completed.
Technician was very friendly and professional. Pro-formed maintenance and even flushed system to make double sure. Extremely happy with service.

Juan Carlos and Edgar have by far the best customer service I have experienced in a while. They came in on time, professional and got to work immediately. They worked diligently and quickly to set up our new A/C system. I don't typically write reviews but after the job they did I had to. I will definitely be working with this company again.
