Extremely disrespectful with other people's time. Had to go someplace else, not pleased when they first installed the AC in the first place. Why I decided to give him a second chance was a mistake.

Not good services. Very unpleasant experience. Try to find a another company. Strongly suggest to avoid those guys. We did a full compressor upgrade in a small unit for 2.6k and just after a few months another bill of 560usd.
Damaged wood floor after flooded the floor from t ac AC unit the supposed to fix. Stay away.

Delighted with the service, price and installation of unit. It was a small Mini Split but I received the same care as if it was a 5 ton unit. Communication was excellent as well as competitive pricing. Hard to find good contractors in Miami. This is one of the few good ones left. Thumbs up to Fabricio for following up with the Order. I called with a problem with my AC. Within an hour, there were two technicians in my apartment. The fixed the problem quickly, didn't overcharge, and even thoroughly explained the problem so I could help avoid it in the future. I've had experience with AC repair companies that skip that last step in the hopes of making more money off of you in the future, so it's always nice to see real professionals who don't do that sort of thing. Excellent work.
Well... I had them on the phone 10 days ago regarding an estimate. I sent pics, we agreed on a specific price and I just got the estimate. It is pretty much double what we had negotiated on the phone. Although they had been in my building before they had conveniently forgotten the permit price, and estimate the AC clean like if I was living in the single family home. Overall very disappointed and feel like they have been wasting my time
I contacted Al Fresco to replace two AC units in my grandmothers apartment. From the start of the job until completion Javier communicated with me, was professional, personable and super reliable. I highly recommend Al Fresco for any type of AC job!

Pésimo servicio. Para nada recomendable. Me cambiaron 4 veces el horario para realizar el service . Luego sin acordar horario, se presentó en la propiedad para hacer el service, no esperó 5 minutos al cliente.
Just had them service my ac and was very happy with the time spent and professionalism. Obviously I have no idea what's being done but compared to the last company I used this guy appeared to be very thorough
