It was tricky to find a recommended a/c installer. Advance Cool Air was timely in their responses - sales and services - and did the work on the day promised. The staff were friendly, professional, and respectful. On the installation day and follow up fix the next day, they arrived later then stated, but they stayed until the job was done, which took longer than expected being a condominium closet a/c unit. I did have a problem that had to be followed up on the next day and they came to fix it that day. It was a tricky situation, but ultimately it was resolved. I am glad I paid with a credit card. My card extended some of the warranty. I was a bit miffed that I was pressured to pay the 2nd half of the bill (after paying a big deposit) before I was completely satisfied that the unit was working properly (which it wasn't at first). They did fix the problem (I hope) and I paid the 2nd half. 5 months later: I had a problem with the unit the last few days. They came quickly. and showed the problem wasn't with the unit, but the drain system. Problem easily solved. I am very happy with their response.

AC stopped working around noon today, called these guys and had a tech on site within two hours with my issue resolved. Rich was the technician, did an excellent job and gave me some valuable pointers on HVAC maintenance to mitigate the need for service calls going forward. No crazy “emergency service call” fees or upsells. Solid.
Highly recommend this company. Everyone from the outside crew to the inside crew are attentive, diligent, and cannot do enough to please their customer. Today a technician came from Miami to bring and install the filter I needed. Totally responsible. That’s why I signed an annual contract with them. Too many companies are dishonest and unreliable. ACA is Excellent!
Came out right away and was able to do a repair. Very professional. Went above and beyond to resolve our issue. I will always recommend this company to all my friends and family.
Muller, Jonathan and the two techs that came by my house were very professional, friendly and communicative. They answered all of my questions, worked quickly and efficiently and most of all, gave me an excellent price for a brand new 3.5 ton Rheem AC system for my home. I would recommend their services in a heartbeat!

Polite and professional team of technicians. While my AC was down and we were waiting on a part, they installed a temporary AC unit for me to use.
Needless to say, the entire team did an amazing job! Our unit went down on Friday morning, a new unit was installed the next day. A couple of minor hiccups but all addressed quickly. They were friendly, and helpful… felt like old friends. A special shout out to Kevin and Tony. Amazing gents. Definitely our company to use going forward with our HVAC needs.

THNAK YOU for doing what ARS could not. They came and fixed my ac issues in 30 minutes where ARS left me in a hot house for four days. You’re responsiveness and customer service is greatly appreciated and I will use you again in the future.
