Purchased a brand new ac unit, they didn't properly seal it so my coils rotted out and on top of it all 3 years later and they never finished my permit that I paid for.
Asked them to come out and check HVAC system, requesting an estimate to clean out the system and possibly add returns in the restrooms. They charged me $120 for their 10 min visit, but after repeatedly calling and sending emails, I was never able to get a quote for any of the work I needed done. After months of not being able to reach anyone, I finally disputed with my credit card and was able to get my money back. I highly recommend you stay away from this HVAC company.
Company is trash horrible and incompetent. They steal ur money and lie at every chance they get. DONT HIRE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY !!!
These people are trash! They are rude & unprofessional! They only care to take your money! When someone goes wrong they ignore your calls. They ignored my calls 4x. I had to call from a different number and he answered on the first ring!!! Poor customer service. Do NOT use! They aren’t professional at all
Do not hire this company. All they want is your money. I paid alot of money for a central unit and a split. The split was shooting hot air a month later and they came out and basically told us nothing was wrong. They're so quick to charge you but they dont really care. Customer service is nonexistant.. the workers don't speak English and they argue with you.
These guys are terrible. They charged us 4000 dollars to install a piece of junk that breaks down every few months then it's like pulling teeth to get them to come out. Their website says BBB accredited, They are not (look it up) Their website says ”satisfaction guaranteed" which they do not honor. I have contacted a lawyer and am planning on sueing the ever living daylights out of them for their false advertisment and undelivered promises.

It was an excellent service and well performance. I remove my OLD Ac unit from 1095 that was located on one side of the house on the top of the wall!! So happy with the result and 100% recommended!!
Contacted Humberto from what the receipt says is the Lee and Collier office..Very fast to respond. came to house worked through the financing and very quick to install. Now 8 months later completely new unit isn't blowing cold...Been 3 days trying to get ahold of someone. Humberto quick to hand out numbers that no one answers or calls back from...I suggest you buy from a local shop[ that you can actually see and visit the office. Update. Once I got ahold of the office they came out immediately and repaired things. Very pleased with the office. Mistake could have been I went through the salesman for 2 days with nothing but bad numbers. Office did fix the issue immediately
These guys are amazing! My AC broke on Friday before Labor Day. I called the original company that installed my AC and they said they could send someone the Tuesday after the holiday. A friend of mine had a similar emergency that Saturday and she called AC Fast Solutions; they were at her house within 2 hours of being called. I called ACFS not expecting to get an appointment soon but they were at my place that same Saturday afternoon. Their service was fast, they found the problem right away. The team was very professional and supportive. So glad I called them!
Outstanding service, very knowledgeable, meticulous, and trustworthy! I highly recommend them. First I was very happy with the tremendous job they did of replacing vents in all of the second floor of my house. Today at my parents apartment the technician that was sent did an excellent job diagnosing and cleaning multiple parts of a tri-zone mini split system which is very rare to find professionals who know how to fix and maintain these types of systems, which demonstrates the superb level of expertise this company has. I will definitely continue to use this company and they will absolutely be my choice if I need to replace and install a new equipment whether is a central AC system or mini-split.

Encontré el anuncio de AC Fast Solution en un flyer, después de leer los comentarios de clientes en Google y yelp, decidí llamarlos, excelente atención por parte de Alberto quién recibió mi llamada y empleo su tiempo dándome todo tipo de explicación y aclararando todas mis dudas. Envió ese mismo día a Jorge (muy puntual y amable en el trato) quién me dio el estimado y envió copia del contrato vía email, me explicó con detalles todas las opciones, tanto de equipos a instalar, cómo las garantías y los financiamiento de pagos que ofrecen, fue por todo ello que decidí hacer la instalación con ellos. El instalador(Yoelvis) vino el día y en el horario establecido e instaló el equipo con mucha profesionalidad y limpieza en su trabajo, quedé "Muy Satisfecha" por su excelente trabajo. Soy cortés y me gusta recibir el mismo trato y con AC Fast Solution lo recibí desde el primer momento. A Alberto, Jorge, Yoelvis y otro muchacho que no se su nombre pero también vino, GRACIAS por el excelente trabajo recibido y la atención de todos ustedes. Dios les Bendiga.💚🙏
This place is very quick to get a unit in but be cautious as both the unit in the attic at my place and a unit at at buddies place both installed at the same time have caused major damage to the houses due to incorrect installation. Yes we have had them to our place four times since the unit was installed due to issues but the main issue was never fixed which kept causing the problems. The unit was installed in an attic but was not leveled and not installed correctly it is in backwards. The unit leaned to a side which caused leaking in the ceiling and would stop cooling and the times they came out they just said the drain line was plugged and they actually taped the overflow shutoff and we have the receipt saying exactly that. I have had two over companies come out and both have said the exact same thing that it would need to be completely removed and installed correctly. Be cautious as again yes it may work for a bit but you may not know there is an issue until it’s too late as they don’t seem to know how to install the air handler units in the attic. I’d say I was a one off but my buddy had his installed from the same company and just had his kitchen ceiling cave in from the same issue.

Tuvimos por emergencia que cambiar el aire acondicionado, llame a la compañia a las 9:00 pm y rápidamente me mandaron un técnico ,y al proximo dia vinieron temprano y pusieron el equipo nuevo con un excelente servicio, calidad y atención. Quedamos completamente satisfecho en calidad y precio. Los recomiendo un 100% /We had to change the air conditioning as an emergency, I called the company at 9:00 pm and they quickly sent me a technician, and the next day they came early and put in the new equipment with excellent service, quality and attention. We are completely satisfied in quality and price. I recommend them 100%
