I was really happy with the service I got from this business. They were able to diagnose and fix my unit right away, and they had the time to explain what they discovered as they went. Additionally, the cost was fairly affordable.
We were very impressed with how quickly your company responded to our request for a quote. We had been looking for a company that could install our new heating system, and we knew that there were several companies out there who would take up to two months to get back to us. We were also pleased with the professionalism of your staff. Their responses were always prompt, and they were able to answer all of our questions thoroughly.
The installation was quick and simple, and they even returned to make sure everything was functioning properly before they left. The quote was also fairly cheap. They have my highest recommendation for anyone searching for new or repaired items.

We have been hiring Red Sky Heating And Cooling for several years now to service our HVAC system. We pay for their recurring maintenance package, so they come twice a year to service the units. Everyone we have dealt with is friendly, professional and punctual. They do good, clean work as well. Thank you for being a solid and honest company to work with!

COVID protocols are excellent, and I appreciate the fact that they always wear shoe covers. I've been a customer for over ten years and highly recommend them for routine maintenance, repairs, and installation.
These folks did an excellent job installing my new furnace and air conditioning system. During the installation, they were very professional and efficient, and they patiently answered all of our questions. They were also extremely responsive, as the time between my initial call to diagnose the problem and the completed installation was less than a week. I highly recommend Red Sky Heating And Cooling!
Outside the building, Joe inspected our furnace and gave us a reasoned diagnosis for the blower failures we were having. He appeared to be meticulous in his work, providing clear explanations and answering our questions. He also completed our annual preventative maintenance and provided us with error code information so that we can better assist the technicians in diagnosing future issues. Thanks once again!!

Terrible experience. Our AC unit was leaking so I called them and after agreeing to a $149 service fee, the guy showed up and right away quoted us $700 to "fix the coils". When we asked why that price and what the problem was, he said the coils were frozen and had to be replaced, even though the unit is pretty new. Then he said "I can do it for $350 under the table, you pay me directly". When we said no, he said: "just give me $200 so I have something to tell my boss, and I will fix it for you". At that point we told him to get out. I called the office to tell them what happened, and the person on the phone said he would refund the service fee. I still wanted to talk to a Manager but he said: "no point, the manager won't do anything about it, these are 3rd party contractors and set their own prices". After doing some research on Google, turned out we just needed to defrost the unit which took about 3-4 hours and the unit is working perfectly again, no leaks. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM !!!!!!!!!
I made a call to this company when one of my AC units stopped functioning and had their technician at my door-step within an hour. Kevin was very accommodating of my busy schedule to evaluate the issues. He even fixed up an issue that others had missed when I moved in two years ago. I am blown away at the level of customer service that Red Sky Heating And Cooling provides. I appreciate the fact that they send you a text when the technicians are on their way but I have to say that the positive attitudes of the technicians impressed me the most. I mean, they spent hours under our house installing duct work in a very cramped crawl space and still had the best attitude when they were in our presence. They even ended up having to work overtime on the last day and not one complaint. Our home is so warm and cozy now. They far exceeded our expectations. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

Red Sky Heating And Cooling guys replaced our HVAC system last week. The crew was completely thorough, replaced the air filter, and answered all of my questions. Our system has been great and seems to be very efficient keeping my electric bill down during this hot summer! They were on time and very professional. I would recommend them to family and friends, and I if I have a need, I will use them again.
