Same day service, knowledgeable technicians. I am a handyman working for landlords living abroad. My commitment to my clients is to solve problems ASAP. Broken AC is fixed and compressor changed in the house within 3 hours from my initial call. However, at the end they wanted to charge $282 for the installation of a thermostat after I paid $3400 for the compressor etc, which was pretty disappointing. I don’t even know if the compressor was even broken after this.

With the heavy rains and humidity I came home to a leaking air conditioner due to clogging. I called Reliable at 10:30 PM. Thursday. They accept calls late so I left a voicemail. I asked for service following day, Friday after noon. Explained i used bleach and clog is cleared but needed cleaning and maintenance. Two servicemen arrived promptly at noon. Very polite and professional and very reasonable price. They replaced the broken rubber hose and cleaned the system out. I learned of the company from a neighbor on Miami Beach. I will continue my yearly maintenance with Reliable. They answered questions I had about the unit since I just moved here. This is a condo. I highly recommend them for their service, honesty and reasonable price. Thank you. In these times of uncertainty, it was a secure feeling to deal with an honest and effective company
This company does not have any sense of customer service. They take advantage of emergency situation to charge homeowners more and if you question it you get extremely rude response from Henry the owner. I would suggest anyone in an emergency situation or in need of maintenance of a unit to contact two other companies to compare with reliable prices as I got quote from another company for the similar service almost half the price reliable quoted me.
My tenant called for a service call December 2022 in South Beach while I was in Canada. Over-the-phone the technician told me I required a new capacitor along with a coil cleaning for $400, I accepted. It just broke again less than a month later while I was in town. Upon opening the outdoor unit it became immediately apparent that neither capacitor was replaced. I know this because the capacitors matched all my neighbors which were original. Dont deal with this company unless you are physically present to oversee the work because they are not trustworthy.

My old air handler was not working and Yandry at Reliable came over, flushed the coil and bled the freon which had too much pressure and got the system working again. Very nice and helpful people. My unit will need replacing soon and I will definitely be having Reliable do the job. Very impressed!

My AC broke down and the first company to inspect told me it all needed replacing and asked for 4,800 USD plus tax - the second company after inspection asked for 3.500 plus tax. At that point Henry's team arrived -the AC was back on within 20 mins and it cost 250 bucks.- it was burnt out cables- i was shiocked when they had teh AC back on after being told the entire unit was toast a few hours before, I have only ever used Henry previously in the last 10 years in both my appartments on the beach and it was my mistake to have called others i should have just waited until he called back - you can trust this company 100% to always give you the truth about what is actually wrong. Don't replace a unit until Henry tells you it needs replacing.
The guys came over last weekend to take a look at the unit. Apparently the repair wasn’t necessary and just provided some maintainer tips. No charge for the service and they traveled quite the ways! Much appreciated for their help!
Omg!!! BEST WORKERS. Their business name is very fitting. They always come RIGHT AWAY & Henry is the owner & very nice and the tech was Eduardo and he was the BEST!! Super professional, on time, quick & got on 2 tall ladders to get to my 2nd floor roof in South Beach & found the problem and fixed it. I am happy & pleased to have found them owning a business on South Beach for 25 years & guess I found my new A/C company. Thanks 🙏
Horrible experience! Extremely untrustworthy company. Made an emergency call on Friday afternoon and they reassured me that technician will be available within an hour. Nobody ever showed up and when I called that they told me they have no idea why he didn’t come and next available time is on Monday. Terrible way to do business
