Great customer service, I spoke with a very nice lady on the phone to schedule the appointment, the technician showed up in time and prepared to solve exactly the issue I had described on the phone. The technician did his job quickly and neatly. I was charged a similar price to what I had discussed over the phone. I'm very satisfied.
I had an old A/C that kept breaking down, so unfortunately, the time came when I knew it was time to get a new one. Its really hard to find trustworthy and honest people in Miami, so I was really happy when I was referred to Chanin. Even though changing an A/C is not the most enjoyable thing to do, I have to say I am quite happy. They made my home feel like a home. I have never felt my air as perfect as I do now. As crazy as it sounds I feel like I can breathe easier. Chanin is honest, quality and professional. They are easy to work with and really care about your satisfaction. I also signed up for the maintenance program so now I know i’m always taken care of. Thank you Chanin for everything you’ve done at my home, you guys are top notch!
This company has been great. Their service is wonderful, their staff is kind, and their pricing is reasonable. My son broke my thermostat, and they responded quickly. I would recommend them to anybody who truly wants a professional and good job done promptly.
Stephanie and Marcus are the most knowledgeable and professional workers that I have encounter here on the beach in my 26 years of living here. Nice people doing a great job and keeping me informed, they are 2nd to none. They performed great AC repair work for me and did a timely and wonderful job. They will have all of my future business. Chanin Mechanical provided excellent service! They were timely and professional. He took the time to help load the app for the thermostat to control it remotely. My house has never felt so nice and cool especially in Miamis summers heat! We passed inspection with the city right away. I would not look any further these are your local friendly AC contractors!

My family have used them over the years for our house and commercial needs. When I say needs, I mean anything ranging from installing to repairs. We own few business that without a/c for long duration would be catastrophic. I recently had to call them for service on our a/c. They were quick to come out and diagnose the problem, provided me with variety of options based our budget for the project. They fixed the issue under 45 min, and our AC was back to normal. The pricing was fair, and most importantly, they are honest. They told me upfront the cost of each thing, they don't push me towards one over the other. However, they will always recommend the best. They pride themselves in quality and I can see why. On top of it, it's a family run business. When it comes to a/c, it's always good to have a specialist you can trust. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a/c services.

Chanin Air went above and beyond with my AC repair. Called them late at night when I came home from work and my AC wasn’t working. The next day a repair man came out to assess the situation and ordered the needed parts for repair and fixed the problem. 10/10 would recommend. Fast service and excellent repair. Thanks!
Once again Chanin Mechanical has not let me down when my AC has stopped working. They responded immediately for servicing. If I could give them extra stars I would. Chanin Mechanical is an extremely reliable, but most important honest company. Pricing was extremely fair. I received prompt service with both times I solicited. Amazing customer service experience, therefore I will continue to seek their services.
I went there for a service and I spoke with a young man with brown skin; he treated me bad, mean and unprofessional. People like this men should not be working with customers, I will never return to that place...
This is a quality organization doing quality work. We needed new AC units for an ongoing remodel of an old house having been swindled by a bad contractor. Chanin came out, evaluated the situation, considered my objective (humidity control), made an excellent recommendation given the size of the house and our existing venting and hustled to get everything installed and up and running within in a very short time frame. They have also installed a very tasteful thermostat and guided me through the programing of it. In addition to doing beautiful work attaching and then covering the lines on the outside of the house, they followed up after the install to make sure everything is working and I am happy with the job. Chanin Mechanical is a well established, Miami Beach, family owned, honest business and everything from our initial contact onwards has been professional and reliable. I can't say enough good things about this company or my experience with them.
