Had a GREAT experience with Weather Engineers 14 months ago when we purchased our new AC system. Super responsive with sale. Now am not impressed with the service/maintenance department. Months out to get on the schedule and now they can’t give me a service time or window …. Just sometime that day. No one else does that. Hope my experience gets better as we spent $1k on extended warranty with them.

I had a carrier system installed and the interactions during the purchase and installation were fine, no complaints. The system had a failure, I called they were prompt and said the part was on order and that they would schedule me the next day as soon as the part arrived. Even though there were some issues with Weather Engineers supplier actually getting them the part that was needed, the communication from the company was excellent. They were very good about getting the repair done as soon as possible and were very good to work with. The owner even reached out to me after the fact. Great people, great company, you can tell they value their customers and their employee's. I would highly recommend them!
Our 18 year-old old A/C system failed overnight on a Monday night, so called first thing Tuesday morning. The service desk answered promptly, got me on the schedule for that afternoon for repair. They had us up and cooling in about 30 minutes. This was the second time in 2 years that the start capacitor failed, so elected to get a new system. I had a proposal by Thursday, which was very reasonable, including a military discount and full credit of my service call applied to the bottom line. We had confirmation by Friday that the system would be in the warehouse by Monday and had the system installed on Tuesday. The installation team was on time, professional and very helpful with tips to ensure maximum life. They did an awesome job cleaning up the job as well. So eight calendar days from initial service call to repair to installation. This is my third time working Weather Engineers. I highly recommend seeking them out for your heating and air conditioning needs.
I have friends who recommend this company, so I had them provide the first service when I bought my Brevard County home. Turns out they sold, installed, & serviced the high-end Carrier HVAC system. I didn't oversee their service as I was busy with other moving responsibilities, and the air was blowing cold. They did report a small coil oil leak of the outside unit that was under warranty that they recommended replacing since it was under warrany. However, I changed my mind once the length of the warranty was cut to 5 years since I wasn't the original purchaser. This meant I narrowly missed the partial warranty, so I elected not to make this pricey investment at the time due to other moving expenses. The serviceman did put in a new filter and reviewed the efficiency settings of the thermostat. Move forward 14 months, and the AC wasn't blowing cold air (not good in Florida) I called for service, but they wouldn't schedule since their was a "problem" with AC so an emergency service is charged with a more experienced te technician. I waited 3 days w/o air & to my surprise, the same tech who provided the initial service a year ago comes out. He reviews notes from last yr noting an oil leak & that I didn't replace unit then, and that unit is out of coolant. Recommends I replace the unit due to costly repairs that he estimated would be about 3/4 of cost to replace the unit, so he had sales member send offers, which were $14000. I'm shocked. What? This once top of the line, 15 seer, 2 stage Carrier unit that your company installed, serviced is in need of replacement? He didn't even pull the units cover off to show me the problem. I suspect service techs receive commission when customers purchase new units. I called another company out, who arrived the next day, didn't have a service charge (FREE), and spent over an hour testing, showing me where the 2 small leaks were, which they blame on poor maintenance that led to increased pressure, reviewed their confidence to repair i
I called to replace my 19 year old working Trane AC system. Sean quickly got me and estimate for a new Trane AC system. The estimate was very fair and within days I had a new Trane system installed. The install team Matt and Chris were very professional. They arrived on time, completed the install and cleaned up and gave me instructions on my new unit. The one day installation was very professional and done right. Thank you Weather Engineer for taking care of my family and making this whole process very easy.
Nathan had my pool heater install set up quickly. The unit he recommended is perfect for my pool. Very quiet compared to what I had preciously. Matt the installer was on time, very professional, knowledgeable and respected me and my property. He is an example that ALL service personnel should emulate. Great company.

Doing business with Weather Engineers is an absolute pleasure. The sales staff was fantastic and helped me get an excellent quality unit. The price was excellent, MUCH lower than every other AC company in our area. The installers Sean and Pete were professional, effecient and VERY knowledgeable. Additionally, these guys were same day service, which is unheard of in Florida for AC service. I will use them again. I will not use any other company. The whole experience was so easy and smooth. I think they have the best customer service out of any company, of any kind, in the State of Florida. At least out of any company Ive.ever hired for any job. Weather Engineers was wonderful to work with. Nathan was very responsive and informative. I went with RunTru by Trane. I wanted to give it some time to use the system so I could give my feelings about this equipment. I love it! The blower on the air handler is so good it doesn't have to run long to heat or cool the house. The heat pump outside runs smooth and pretty quiet compared to what I had and a neighbor's unit. The installers completed the installation quicker than I expected. They were professional and the areas they worked in were near and clean when they left. I would HIGHLY recommend Weather Engineers. I recently had a new A/C system including ductwork installed by Weather Engineers. The whole process went smoothly and I’m very pleased with the results. It’s a big improvement.
Excellent company to hire. Less than 24 hours after ordering a totally new AC system, their technicians were here to install and they completed it in 1 day. They even added larger duct lines to the master bedroom for better cooling.
This is a second review for Weather Engineers, following a recent visit to repair our AC. Like our initial experience with everyone, we received the same extraordinary cooperation and high quality service as they tried to determine the cause of our problem. A team approach, and combined expertise solved our problem. They don’t give up! Special thanks to Debbie, who took care of us, a few years ago and worked diligently then and again this time. She’s got an amazing memory and remembered important details that were very important to us!! Also, we wish to compliment Casey, who is a genius with these HVAC systems from the the thermostat to the air handler to the compressor. He is so knowledgeable and thorough. He can assess the situation and applies his knowledge and expertise!! Our unit is working perfectly!! Many thanks to the entire team from Weather Engineers that spent so much time with us. They listened, understood, answered questions and provided excellent information and service. We highly recommend your company!!! The folks at Weather Engineers have been extraordinary. We consulted with them to discuss, what seemed an insolvable problem with our AC. They offered their insight and also provided guidance as we continued to work through our dilemma. Finally, we determined it was time for another opinion and scheduled a service call. Casey, was phenomenal. He took one look at the thermostat, air handler and compressor and determined they were not wired correctly. Casey was extremely knowledgeable, proficient, and professional. He explained everything to us, and corrected the problem which had been ongoing since installation. Within a short time, the humidity levels finally began to drop. His expertise and experience is remarkable. Many thanks and deepest appreciation to everybody at Weather Engineers that worked closely with us and cared so much.
I'm very satisfied with Weather Engineers and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing A/C services in the area. My home had a 13 year old unit that had mold growing and spreading to other components of the HVAC system. I contacted four companies for an estimate, but Sean with Weather Engineers was the only one that took the time to inspect all the system to provide me with several solutions and did not try to sell me a whole new system like the other companies from the get-go. I appreciated his integrity and willingness to put my needs before the company's interest. That got him my installment job and another one from an acquaintance of mine! The installment service was completed with high quality workmanship and the team was a pleasure to work with. I look forward to having Weather Engineers as my A/C company for years to come!

We called and spoke with Nathan about our AC not working and right away they sent out a tech in a few hours to diagnose the problem. We had three leaks outside and inside. The inside coil, and copper pipes needed to be replaced. Nathan was very patient and thorough when explaining everything that needed to be done. The techs, Shaun Ford, and Eric who repaired everything were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We highly recommend their services. Thank you weather engineers!!
Installed a new ac system. The installers were very courteous and professional as well as everyone I communicated with at the office. They showed up early and got the the job done in less time than anticipated. Cleaned up after they were done and were very pleasant . AC is working great ! I would highly recommend Weather Engineers .
We had a leak from our handler in the garage, called “another A/C company” first and they said we needed a whole new unit for $10k and that our unit was “unrepairable”. Got a second opinion from Weather Engineers (the very next day) and Mike came out and repaired the welds on the manifold for $900! He was professional, knowledgeable, nice, thorough and explained everything. My husband used to do A/C repair and knew the other company was not being honest. Happily, we found our permanent A/C company! Thanks Mike! Excellent service from Weather Engineers!
