William came out on July 5th to check on the A/C and resolved issues with the thermostat and condenser coil. Very happy with the service and he explained everything well. Sean Arteaga and Sean Bell came out for A/C and water heater service and both were very friendly and professional. Excellent service
Crooks! Charged me over $800 just to replace a corroded pipe nipple about 12" in length. The work took only 15 minutes and a pipe wrench. I understand that we're not just paying for the parts but also for the years of experience that the technician has, but if a repair can be done in 15 minutes using a replacement that costs about $2 and the only tool needed is a pipe wrench, is it justifiable to charge over $800? I recommend you avoid these crooks.
Showed up right on time and listen to my explanation of what was going on with my Air Conditioning unit. Greg and Taurino quickly got to troubleshooting and within 15 had thr problem found and fixed. They also answered a bunch of questions I had about best practices on keeping my unit healthy. Their support and friendliness was top notch and was what caused me to want to sign up for the maintenance membership plan.

The overall experience was easy and everyone from the woman who helped me set up getting someone to come to my house to the two technicians who came were all very professional. The two gentlemen, Drew and Torino (I'm sorry if I am spelling your name wrong) who came to look at my broken AC arrived 30 mins early and were quick to assess my AC and find the issue. They worked fast and efficiently and got my AC back to working. If needed, I would use their services again!
On one of the hottest days of the summer so far, our AC quit working around 6:30pm. When I came home from work at 8:30pm & saw it was 86 degrees inside, I immediately called & was able to schedule an appt for the next day. Damien & James arrived about 1:30pm, identified the problem, and replaced a capacitor in the condenser quickly & efficiently. They were courteous, efficient, friendly and professional.
Had a great experience with my latest maintenance appointment. William was very helpful. He walked me through the issue at hand and what the options are. He was personable and not salesy. Good Job!
Five star rating is for Tech Coty Rugar. Very meticulous Tech that had to replace my compressor that went out 2 weeks after I had my 6-month service check done by another Tech. This other Tech took only 37 minutes to check EVERYTHING and do the paperwork. I feel I was ripped off on this 6-month service charge. The Tech never put gauges on the system, and Coty told me there was NO FREON in the system when he checked it! I think if the 6-month service was done correctly by the 37-minute "Super Tech" (sarcastic), I may have been prevented being down 10 days waiting on a compressor that was on backorder! Again, 5 stars for Coty.... 1 Star for the Service Experts 6 service check. I'll definitely be checking my records to get the name of "Super Tech" and never let him do my 6-month service checks! I pay for this service plan to keep my system up, not to "RISK" it failing days later due to poor quality service.
Willliam and Sydney were amazing, provided clear instructions and direction while walking us through the repair work they did on our AC in the sweltering heat! Thank you so much!
Technician William is Excellent. 5 Stars for William. Unfortunately no communication between office and Techs, resulting in a very late arrival.There appears to be an Uncoordinated situation as it probably is a manpower shortage., ONLY TWO (2) Stars for the company.
William Gaz can today and fixed what the technicians did yesterday. My maintenance was not done right in April and the unit was clogging up. William came and repaired everything that had been done the day before by the other Techs - so now it has had a proper maintenance and it’s not going to clog up and it doesn’t leak anymore (from work done yesterday). I highly recommend this Technician. He is professional, thorough, knowledgeable and I will ask for him by name if I ever need anything done again. Wonderful experience with him.
Service Experts are simply the best AC people I have ever worked with. I’ve lived in Florida since 1979 and have had many AC systems in homes I have owned around the state. In Orlando there is just no one better. Rapid response to problems, competent, experienced, polite, reliable service techs, truly caring parts department, pleasant and helpful schedulers, and extremely fair prices make this company just the best around. I’ve worked with several other companies and none are even close to how good and fair these guys are.
William was awesome and very patient with answering my questions. He is a great addition to the company. Adrian and Sean came out to provide me with an estimate today. They were both very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. I decided to move forward on replacing my water tank because of the information and professionalism that Adrian and Sean had provided and displayed.
Will adjusted our drain lines and air flow. He also made up for a service visit Ii had thought I was getting earlier w/o any complaints. I recommend him in the future.
Damien Dattolo was on time, very thorough and hardworking. He answered questions intelligently and made suggestions when appropriate. I will be requesting him in the future.
Buyers Beware. Their prices are double the competition. Service Experts bought out my local AC guy. They did a couple of services and then one unit went out. So I needed a new 3 ton heat pump. I wanted a variable speed, 2 stage, 16 seer unit with good reviews. Their price? $21,498 and if I used their lease program? That unit would run $36,000. The unit I got compared to the "option 2" on the attached estimate. I got a top of the line unit with all the bells and whistles. UV light, filtration, an added duct, 10 year warranty, and a new wireless thermostat. $11,500. Comparative ricing for the cheap "option 1" unit. $7500 Their price $13,599 Got to keep in mind that their lease program runs for 10 years. After that you are on your own and that's when most units start having issues. That is the length of the manufacturers warranty you will get with a new unit. So all they are doing is the annual service and labor for that extra 11,000. You can get a good labor warranty for about $1200. (Most folks don't need it but just in case)
