Had an issue with our A/C not operating properly and Dave came out within hours of our call and was able to diagnose the issue very quickly and fix it.
Dave the owner reached out to me almost immediately and it was a Sunday! He came right over and fixed the problem (at a very fair price) which was a bit more involved than I itially thought. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Rocket Air and Heat.

Called Rocket A&H about our evaporator coil freezing up, So, they promptly dispatched one of their technicians by the name of Will., Upon his arrival he immediately got to work trouble shooting the issue, and found a leak in the evaporator coil. He explained that due to the location of the leak it could not be repaired, and needed to be replaced., He went on to say, that fortunately for us the part was still covered under the Manufacturers Warranty. So, he immediately got on the phone to secure the part, and scheduled the replacement. All of which was done in a timely and proficient manner. Thanks RA&H, special thanks to Will, for a job well done.

AC temporarily stoped blowing cold. Dave responded quickly. He checked the entire system found the system to now be operating as it should. Great customer service and professionalism. I never got that service with big companies. Rocket AC is our go to for AC issues
Excellent response time and service with Rocket Air and Heat. I called and left a detailed message about the problem I was having with my A/C system and Rocket promptly returned my call and sent a text message. After speaking with them, they had their technician (Will) at my home within one hour. Not only was Will on time, but he had the expertise and parts on hand to quickly have my home properly cooling again. I had not experienced that type of service and response with my current HVAC company. Rocket has earned my business. Thank you Will! I highly recommend Rocket Air and Heat.
This business was recommended to us for installation of AC duct system and our experience was phenomenal from the initial very prompt return of the txt, through excellent communication while the job was in progress, all the way thru final completion of this major job. They went out of their way to complete this very intense ( one may say brutal) job of replacing the entire ducts system even though they usually do not perform this service in the middle of the hottest Florida months. In addition, they made a suggestion of cleaning our AC handler vs purchasing new unit to save us additional cost. We appreciate their honesty, effort, detailed service and expertise so very much. With this job they earned a solid lifetime customer in us. Thank you Dave and Will- superb job.
